Part 23 mad

Alexei was sitting in front of her smiling as they were both sitting drinking some hot chocolate and mostly talking about work.

"Can you please tell me what time it is?"Natasha asked

"Sure it's 9"Alexei said

"Well I have to get going soon"Natasha said taking her things when Alexei holded her hand

"Wait why sit a little more"Alexei pleaded

She looked at him and sat down on the chair okay so now is the time to clear things up.

"I need to get back to my son and my husband they must be worried sick"Natasha said

"Yea Steve right?"Alexei said sadly

"Yes Steve"Natasha smiled

"I thought you were divorced"Alexei said

"No we are not"Natasha said raising an eyebrow

"Are you with him because of your son?"Alexei asked touching her hand softly

"No I am not with him only for my son"Natasha said looking at their hands taking hers away

"You forgave him that easy didn't you?"Alexei asked suddenly

Alexei laid his back on the chair pressing his lips into a line looking at her.

"What?"Natasha asked

"You know took him back after everything he did to you he didn't even trust you"Alexei said making Natasha look at him dead in the eye

"How do you know is that obvious?"Natasha asked

"No but the news are spreading fast"Alexei said

"But our breakup was never out in public nor anyone else"Natasha said looking at him

"Let's just say I learnt it from someone close"Alexei said

"Why are you telling me all of this"Natasha asked

"Nothing I was just saying"he said

"Look Alexei we could try and be friends"She said taking his hand in her comfortingly

"Friends?"Alexei asked

"Friends yes you know where you are going with it but I am married Alexei"Natasha said

"Okay well let's be friends"Alexei said with a lot of bad thoughts and how to approach her

"Well I will give you my number because you have to get me home remember?"Natasha laughed as he did

"Okay Natasha"Alexei said as she smiled giving him her phone number

Alexei drove Natasha home and she quickly run in the house to find her boys.

She opened the door only to be greeted by Steve who was fuming.

"I was worried sick do you know that?!"Steve yelled

"I know I am sorry my phone died"She tried to say

"Who was that?"He asked trying to calm down

"What?"She asked she didn't really wanted to tell him about Alexei she had everything under control

"Natasha don't play it dump on me!"He yelled

"Alexei he brought me home"she whispered

"What?!! You know he wants you the way he looks at you I wanna break his bones!"Steve yelled

"Steve can we please talk tomorrow I am really tired"she said yawing walking to the living room to see james fast asleep

"Natasha don't you understand?!"He said grabbing her arm

"No I really don't you are being paranoid stop it!"She said scooping James in her arms walking to their room to calm down

Steve sat on the couch with his hands on his head maybe he was being paranoid.

But something in his gut was telling him this man is not what it looks like.

I mean in their first only meeting he was imagine about his wife and he had the nerve to even tell him!

She hadn't said she loved him back he hadn't heard these words coming out of her mouth yet and that worried him.

He couldn't lose no, not now that he finally found her.

He took his phone off the table and called Sam.

"Yes?"he answered

"Sam I want you to send someone on Alexei Shostakov I want him checked where he is and what he is doing all the time!"Steve said on the phone

"Steve are you okay?"Sam asked

"No I need to find what he is hiding and why he wants my wife so bad"Steve said on the phone

"I understand"Sam said

"I also want more guards after Natasha making sure she is safe whenever she went today they lost her they can't even do their jobs right!"Steve yelled on the phone

"Anything else?"Sam asked

"No that's all"Steve said calming down throwing his phone down on the floor breaking it

He walked up the stairs to their room to see Natasha sleeping peacefully.

He sighted as he undressed himself and laid next to her taking her in his arms.

Or so he thought she was asleep because when Natasha putted James to sleep and laid down she couldn't sleep.

She didn't like fighting with Steve she turned around closing her eyes waiting for him to take her in his arms.

And she didn't had to wait for long as soon as he undressed himself he took her in his arms thinking she was sleeping.

He caressed her and kissed her forehead as she fell asleep to him talking to her about how worried he was.

He might be paranoid but he wanted to be sure make sure they were finally safe together.

That didn't mean he wouldn't be mad at her he couldn't she needed to listen to him for once.

Clint had texted him earlier for them to go for dinner to their house.

She hadn't told him anything yet maybe she thought that he didn't want to go.

But he would never miss that for anything since he missed a lot other things in his sons and her life.

He would also ask her if she loves him he can't keep it inside him.

All those thoughts kept repeating in his head till sleep finally took him over having her in his arms.
