[25] - The Cause

The sun shined down on the five sleeping males, the four males basically surrounding the precious first year. The sun seeping through the windows caused the Fukurodani setter to stir and soon slowly wake up. Opening his eyes, he found himself laying on the floor with a blanket over him, turning his head, his face came in contact with fluffy and messy (h/c) hair. Quickly sitting up he turned to his side to see (M/n)'s head on top of Bokuto's lap, Bokuto seemed to have fully laid down onto the ground while one of his hands stayed on (M/n)'s head while having his fingers in his hair. Looking more to his surroundings, he found a certain bedhead hugging (M/n)'s waist, sleeping on top of (M/n). (M/n)'s hands seeming to find their way to his hair as his fingers were tangled in the messy hair. Nekoma's setter seemed to be sleeping next to (M/n) on the ground hugging the top half of (M/n). Akaashi felt a pang of jealous fill him, seeing all of his friends be so close to (M/n). He sighed as his hand also made its way to (M/n) hair, quickly pulling Bokuto's hand away and replacing it with his. He brushed his hair softly as (M/n) began to stir a bit. Akaashi stopped momentarily until he heard another groan. Feeling (M/n) move a bit, Kuroo groaned as he started to wake up.He opened his eyes realising it was morning. Slowly letting go of the still sleeping male he sat up, looking around a bit, almost forgetting he wasn't in Nekoma's room for the night. Seeing Akaashi awake he asked sleepily.

"Hey...What time is it?"

Akaashi shrugged while still looking at the sleeping male, his eyes not leaving him while he brushed his hair softly. Kuroo groaned from not getting a response. He slowly stood from his position stretching before grabbing his phone to check the time, seeing it was around 7, he sheepishly went ahead to wake up the other two sleeping males. Akaashi, as if he could tell what Kuroo was planning, he gently covered (M/n)'s ears.

"Oi!WAKE UP!"

Kuroo half-yelled, Bokuto seemingly startled by the loud noise as he sat up with a jolt. Akaashi quickly lifted (M/n)'s sleeping head off of Bokuto's lap seeing Bokuto move around. Once Bokuto laid his eyes on the now smirking bedhead. Bokuto felt his eye twitch. 

"SHUT UP! "

"JUST GET UP YOU LAZY OWL!"

"STOP SCREAMING YOU SCREECHING CAT!"

Bokuto and Kuroo seemed to have now started a screaming competition, Kenma basically had no choice but to wake up at this point as he slowly let go of (M/n)'s upper half, sitting up while rubbing his eyes but seemed to get more annoyed by the screaming as it got louder and louder. Akaashi, being used to such antics, he basically took Bokuto's spot, having (M/n)'s head on his lap while covering his ears from the noise. The two's screaming session didn't get any softer which only ticked off the two setters even more. Before the two could basically wake up the whole school from their screaming.

"WEL-"

"Kuroo..."

Kuroo stopped his comment as he looked at the person who cut him off. He was about to retaliate until he saw Kenma hold out a spray bottle. Kuroo felt a chill run down his spine as he saw Kenma's glare harden on him and immediately started telling him off.

"Shut up or else your gonna wake up (M/n), though it's not like you two already woke up the whole school now right?"

Bokuto started laughing at Kenma scolding Kuroo, he turned to Akaashi to get his approval but instead was met with a glaring face of his setter. Even he instantly shut up as they both forgot what they were arguing about. Finally, they started to get ready for the day. Akaashi momentarily placed (M/n) on one of their forgotten futons as they all quickly changed. The four got ready like normal as (M/n) somehow slept through all the sounds. However, once done they knew they would have to wake their baby crow up as well. The four surrounded the sleeping male almost feeling nostalgic. Kuroo's eyes twitched as if remembering a memory.
