May 1st (Two years later)

You finished putting the last of your stuffs that you want to carry in your luggage and immediately zipped it up and locked it.

Then you checked on your other cardboard boxes that contains many more of your stuffs.

You sighed out loud and looked around your room to see that everything was packed and it made it so dull.

You smiled to yourself, quite excited to finally be able to go to Seoul and attend the same university as Jeon.

You couldn't wait to surprise him since he does not know that you enrolled to his university under the Dance Degree.

During the two years that Jeon had left for university, it has been quite lonely and sad most of the time but Jeon always made sure that he doesn't forgets about you.

He would send letters, which was very weird because we are in the 21st century, we do have phones to connect with.

But he said, this way was more romantic and you just accepted it since it's Jeon and you love him and also you low key find this endearment sweet too.

He visits every holidays, Seollal, Chuseok, Christmas and what's more special is that he always flies back for your birthday on the 21st of March.

He knows the university doesn't have a holiday in the month of March but yet he misses his class for your birthday and it felt so special with him being with you for the past 2 years.

The last time you saw him was a month and a few days ago when he came back for your 19th birthday.

He always bring back a present for you every time he comes back but on your birthday he gave you special presents.

On your 18th birthday, he gifted you with a pair of small dangling diamond earrings which had you cupping your mouth in shock when he opened it for you.

You tried to deny the present because it must have been so expensive but he said it wasn't too expensive and that he's saving for something even much bigger.

You were a bit unsure but Jeon forced you to accept it anyways while you thanked him with a kiss because that is the only thing you can offer.

But Jeon doesn't seem to mind.

This year was even more special because he got you a diamond necklace, but not just a regular one, it has his name written on it.

You were so touched, as he placed it around your neck while you held it delicately before crashing him in a hug and also giving him an earth shattering kiss, conveying all the emotions you wanted to tell him.

He responds with the same ferocity and emotions and the both of you pulled away for some air.

But there was something that you wanted to know so you said, "You know I mostly call you Jeon instead of Jungkook."

Jeon smiled before caressing the necklace on your neck.

"It's better having my actual name on it. Because there are a lot of Jeons out there. I want everyone to know that you're mine and not any other Jeon's." He spoke possessively which had you laughing out loud and just shaking your head at him.

Right now, you were staring at the mirror in your room and holding the necklace that was around your neck.

"Time for a new life in the big city, with Jeon." You said to yourself excitedly before leaving your room and going downstairs seeing your mother standing in the living room waiting to give you a hug.

"Don't forget to visit us okay my daughter." She was sad but she knows that this is a dream of yours.

You nodded as a response and gave her a last kiss on her cheeks as a goodbye before leaving your farm house and entering your dad's truck that was loaded with all your stuffs.

The truck drove off and you looked out the window to stare at your mom who was standing at the porch waving at you while you waved back.

When you couldn't see her anymore, you finally shut the window and sat straight, facing the front as you looked out the window taking a look at your hometown for the last time before flying off.

Having lived in a farm in Busan for 19 years of your life, you are quite excited to finally get out of your comfort zone and into the open new world.

"So does Jungkook know you're going to Seoul?" Your dad asked suddenly to which you just spared him a glance and shook your head.

"Nope! I'm going to make it a surprise." You said cheerfully.

Your dad just chuckled at you and shook his head while you turned towards your door window and stared out, having another thing on your mind.

Jeon hasn't contact you for the past month, ever since your birthday and you wondered if something's wrong.

He never goes a day without either sending you a letter or a text message.

But you didn't worry a lot because he must be busy with his university stuffs since he is now going to finish his second year and will be starting his third year.

You just shook the worry off and started imagining how he would react when you finally arrived at the university and meet him.

You were so excited.
