The both of you didn't speak a word after your outburst and just stared at one another.

You were staring into his eyes, which held a lot of emotions resembling yours, when it suddenly shifted and hardened with determination.

You didn't know what was the cause in the sudden shift and you were fearing what he was going to say next.

"I can assure you Lee Haneul. The past two years that we had was not nothing. It was all special, every minute and second of it. What we had was special." He spoke out, this time in a harder voice, trying to show his sincerity.

"There are just things going on that I don't want to burden you with but I will not go another day, knowing that you think that you were nothing to me." Your heart started to beat frantically again while you tried to understand what he's trying to convey.

"You are everything to me Lee Haneul. My first love, my first girlfriend and my first kiss. You own it all Lee Haneul, you still do and you still are those things to me." Your eyes widened in shock hearing him confess.

"I may be dating Jo Yuri, but I have a reason behind it. A reason behind acting like I don't know you and pretending that we are nothing. I just can't tell you what it is right now." You stared at him confused.

Reason?

"But I want you to know that I really love you Lee Haneul...... I still do. My heart is yours, you own it and I'm okay with it one bit."

He spoke determinedly which made you take a sharp intake of breath trying to make sure that you heard him properly.

He.... he still loves me....?

You were still staring at him in shock, your heart beating hard against your chest while you stared at his eyes.

Those eyes that are emitting a lot of emotions right now.

Adoration.

Endearment.

"Jeon... I-" You were about to speak when a voice outside interrupted you.

"Jungkook! Haneul! Are you guys in here?" Someone was outside the door and yelling our names which sounded like Taehyung.

Jeon was immediately alert as he stood up and rushed towards the door yelling out.

"Hyung! We're in here hyung!"

The doorknob rattled and suddenly someone was banging the door from the outside, and with a couple of bangs, it opened.

You were surprised when you saw Taehyung and Jihyun looking at you both in relief, and you picked up your tote bag beside you before rushing out and hugging Jihyun.

"Haneul, are you okay?" You watch her frantically checking you while you just laughed, still having dry tears on your face, before nodding.

"I'm fine now. How did you find us?" You asked and she started explaining.

"Jeonghan was worried you didn't text him that you're back and your phone was unreachable so he called Taehyung to ask me to check your dorm. After we confirmed that you weren't there, we told him we would ask Jungkook to search for you in the building because he was still here."

While she explained, you stared at Jeon who was talking to Taehyung about something serious before turning back towards Jihyun.

"Jungkook was on call with Taehyung and we suddenly heard some loud noises like someone being punched and the last thing we heard was Jeon yelling out hyung, and the call disconnected." She explained thoroughly while you nodded in understanding.

"There was no signal in the room so we couldn't call you back." You stated while she just nodded before squeezing your arms.

"I'm just glad you're safe. Now let's get you back. We need to reassure Jeonghan that you're safe too." She stated to you, then towards Taehyung who nodded before taking his phone out to text someone.

You paid no mind to it and just breathe out a sigh, wanting nothing more than to just jump onto your bed and sleep after an exhausting night.

The boys send you and Jihyun towards the entrance of your dorm building before waving you goodbye.

You stared at Jeon who had a small smile on his face which looks like he was reassuring you something, and you wonder if it was the things he told you in the room.

You just waved at the both of them before turning around and entering the building together with Jihyun before also bidding her goodbye as you entered your dorm room.

You sighed in relief, finally being in the comfort of your own room as you placed your tote bag on the chair of your beside table and took out your phone to charge it.

Then you took the towel before entering your bathroom and tying your hair into a bun before stripping and getting under the hot shower, washing away the events of tonight.

The whole time you were showering, you couldn't brush the things Jeon had said to you in the room, as it was running wild in your mind.

When you finished your shower, you put on some comfy satin pajamas before diving into bed and saw that your phone has switched on.

A lot of messages greeted you and they were all from Jeonghan.

You felt bad knowing that he had been worried the whole time and typed in a message.

You :
I'm so sorry. You must have been worried

You :
I am okay now. I'm back at my dorm.

He seen the message almost immediately and soon you saw him typing his reply too.

Jeonghan~ :
Yes I was so worried Angel.

I'm so glad that Jungkook was able to find you.

Now take a rest, and tell me everything tomorrow.

You locked your phone screen and placed it back onto the table before walking over to switch off the lights and dive back into your blanket.

You laid in bed and kept thinking about what Jeon had said to you, not being able to get it out of your mind.

Your heart started beating faster, remembering those words.
