"Hiya!" Blaze yelled, throwing his circular blades.
It headed right for the target but when it was about to hit, it deviated from its path, slightly cutting through the edge.
Blaze who was hopefully waiting for it to rip the target huffed and stomped his feet in defeat.
"Ah C'mon!! This is the fifth time today!! What am I doing wrong? I did my best!!" He whined, dropping to the ground.
"Maybe it's not the best thing for you." said Thunder, holding out his hand and pulling Blaze up to his feet.
"What do you mean?" asked Blaze, wiping the beads of sweat off his brows.
"I'm saying you'll be better off with close combat than far ranged attacks."
"How can you tell that!?" Blaze was mildly irritated.
"I've seen you for the past few days. Like I had said earlier you are untrained. No offence. But if you train harder, I'm sure you'll do good with your weapons. Then again why do you have to train so hard to use weapons when you can skillfully use your physical strength."
Blaze hummed thoughtfully.
It's been two weeks since Blaze encountered Thunder. Ever since then, the latter began to visit him often and brought money and other essentials to provide for not only him but the whole society.
Blaze had his doubts about the Knight's good deeds but he let it slip cause Yaya seemed to trust the said man.
Not only did Thunder provide their needs but also volunteered to train Blaze.
Blaze was reluctant at the mere thought of it.
So Thunder had challenged him for a friendly spar which he couldn't turn down.
After a humiliating defeat, Blaze agreed to take lessons from Thunder, hoping to get stronger so that he can protect his brothers.
But Cy nor Thorn knew anything about this. They were confused on how they got what they want without going for a run.

"So, do you wanna give it a shot?" asked Thunder, dropping his cloak and weapons.
"Okay! I love challenges!" He yelled, taking on a fighting stance.
The two stood facing each other on the open ground beside Yah's household as the wind picked up, setting the perfect atmosphere.
"What are you waiting for? Come at me!" said Thunder, his fists ready for action.
"You're asking for it!" Blaze charged forward aiming for an uppercut.
Thunder saw it coming and stepped back, smirking. But he failed to notice another one coming.
"You shouldn't get cocky~"
"Huh?"
Thunder ducked at the very last second, missing the hit by a hairline.
"Not bad." He said impressed.
"I'm just getting started." smirked Blaze.
The duo got engaged in a heated match. A punch to the face, a kick to the lower abdomen; they kept coming.
Thunder was left in defence but he did manage to get in a few hits.
After a solid hour of being at each other's throats, the duo got exhausted.
Blaze weakly punched Thunder's chin and he fell back, tired out. Soon after, Blaze fell right beside him, panting hard.
The duo continued to lay on the ground, looking at the sky while trying to catch their breath.
