Everyone stood frozen stiff in shock.

But soon a small smile spread across Thunder's face.

"Hey Cyclone. Hey Thorn." He greeted.

The duo's eyes went wide.

Yaya couldn't help but giggle, watching the scenes unfold.

"Oof-"

Thunder was suddenly tackled by the two. It took him every ounce of strength to prevent them from falling back.

"Big brother!!" They chirped, snuggling closer to him.

Thunder chuckled heartily, ruffling their hair.

"It's nice to see you two all grown up." He smiled genuinely.

Yaya was dabbing her eyes with a kercheif as the warm reunion brought tears of joy.

The three parted but Thunder still had his arms around the duo's shoulder.

He smirked at Blaze who was gaping like an idiot, finally catching up.

"I- you- what-" he wasn't able to form a meaningful sentence.

Thunder smirked wider.

"I always wondered why you never asked for my name. I thought it's because you already knew it. Guess I was wrong, you are an idiot."

"I am NOT!!" He yelled, flushed in embarrassment.

Thunder snorted.

The cute duo looked at the two, confusion written all over their face.

Silence fell over them and that just spiked the duo's curiousity.

"Is that why you've been helping us?" Blaze whispered barely audible, staring at the ground.

Everything finally began to make sense.

Thunder who heard him, hummed in response.

Blaze clenched his fist and gritted his teeth, tears pricking the corner of his eyes.

"Why didn't you tell me earlier?" He asked weakly, lips quivering.

Thunder was confused by his tone.

"Wh-"

"You could have saved me from an emotional rollercoaster!!" He yelled, glaring at him with tears streaming down his cheeks.

Thunder was taken aback.

The cute duo got even more confused.

"Blaze?"

Yaya gently placed a hand on his shoulder to comfort him. But he shrugged it off.

"A Royal Knight helping us-
I didn't know whether it was for the good or
were you just trying to lure us into a trap, to take my brothers away, to woo Yaya?
Were you slowly trying to poison us..
Were you training me so that we can be on equal grounds and you could feel better for defeating me-" his voice was above a whisper but clear as crystal.

For once Thunder felt guilty, he didn't know his brother was an overthinker.

"I'm sorry, I really didn't mean to worry you." He apologized sincerely.

Blaze sighed and roughly wiped away all his tears.

"Atleast I know now. My mind can rest." He sniffed and broke into a smile.
