Chapter 14

FOUR POV

Her lips are so soft and plump. I start to deepen the kiss by putting my hands on her waist and pulling her closer, closer then I could have ever dreamed. I pull back after a minute, although I don't want to, god I don't want to.

"Although I would love to continue kissing you, I think you should probably watch for zombies" I whisper against her lips. She nods, agreeing with me. I can't help myself though and steal a quick kiss. "Sorry I just had to do that".

"All this time I was thinking about Tobias, and here you were, in front of me the whole time" she laughs. "Sorry you didn't recognise me, I probably look a lot hotter th-" she cuts me off by playfully slapping my arm, I finish though. "Then before, as do you, your fucking gorgeous" that's when she looks at her feet and blushes.

I lift her chin up. "You look even more beautiful when you blush" this of course, creates the same reaction. She starts to protest and I just press my lips to hers. This is dangerous, walkers could sneak up on us but I don't care. The only thing in the world I care about is Tris and her lips.

I hear quiet clapping. We break apart to see all the gang, except Zeke, clapping silently. Robert has a bit of a scowl on his face and is watching. I forgot he was on guard next. I know for a fact he liked her, I don't even know why she chose me, or even if she has yet.

Uriah comes and bro hugs me. "I knew that would happen eventually. This Smoking chicka getting with this hot guy" I step closer towards him. "You watch your mouth buddy. I even see you checking out Tris, I won't hesitate to snap your neck".

TRIS POV

Not going to lie. I found his protectiveness and jealously sexy. Uriah quickly retreats back to everyone else. Robert does not look happy, maybe he did have feelings for me? Nah, I'm not that hot.

"You can go now Tris. Zekes guard finished now" Robert says, with sorrow, anger and sadness in his voice. I nod and everyone leaves to go back to their rooms. Four, Robert and I are the only ones still standing. "Let's get out of here before that guy kills me" he whispers in my ear. I nod, unable to speak.

We walk back to, what I am presuming, is his room. When we walk in, he instantly presses me against the wall and kisses me. I'm definitely not complaining.
