A few hours after the last chapter…

A baby was currently sleeping, in a tired mother's arms. Miya was currently sitting in bed in her hospital gown holding Faith in her arms. Gojira was sitting next to her, smiling gently at the baby. The baby had black hair with two small streaks of blue, her eyes red like her mothers, as well as grimm like arms, however…like her father, she had a short lizard-like tail with small smooth spikes on it. Anna stood to the side watching the two, obviously happy for the two, but couldn't help but feel a bit jealous.

Gojira gently rubbed his finger against the baby's cheek making her giggle.

Anna: She's very cute…

Miya: Well she took that from her mother.

Gojira chuckles a bit.

Gojira: You tell me… 

Anna's scroll let out a ding. 

Anna: Uh, Ironwood wants Gojira to see him?

Miya: What? But Faith was just born? He should stay here.

Anna: Miya, I'm sorry but orders are orders? It's probably something about his semblance.

Miya: But-

Gojira: I'm not going, but I'll do a call.

Anna: *sighs* alright, you could call him in the hallway. I have his contact here.

Gojira: Okay *kisses Miya on the cheek, the Faith on the forehead* I'll be back okay?

He was about to get up and leave the room. That was, until faith grabbed Gojira's pointer finger, the baby had a surprisingly strong grip.

Miya: *giggles* she doesn't seem to want you to leave.

Gojira: *laughs a bit before standing up and gently picking up the baby* Heh, you don't want me to go. Okay, Miya, how fast is your regeneration? Do you think you're ready to leave?

Miya: It's been three hours right? Yeah, I could, and Faith looks like she's already a few months old.

Anna: It's fascinating how you guys seem to work. 

Miya: Us MUTOs grew up in stages, once we're born, we're practically almost a toddler.

Gojira: Same with us in a way, we age faster as children, but once we reach 12-18 we age normally. After 18, we're practically fully grown, and could live up to hundreds of years. So I'm guessing she took from our Gene's, allowing her to age faster as a baby.

Anna: Maybe. So what are you guys gonna do? Is she allowed to actually leave now?

Miya: Yeah. At this point she should be fine. We just have to carry her the whole time. Now let me get my clothes, I hate wearing these gowns. 

Miya walks to the other side of the room leaving Gojira, who's holding Faith with his one arm, and Anna, who was patiently waiting at the door.

Gojira: So… I'm sorry for not being able to see you sooner.
