Chapter Nine: Scared Of Happy

I was already awake, even though it is 2 in the morning, I still have to prepare for the pre-recording.

I am in at the waiting room preparing, the live show will start later at 7, I wonder why wasn't I sleepy. I still haven't eaten anything though and I swear if I don't get any food to digest, this gal will keep on rumbling and rumbling.

I have one interview for today, 2 promotions for I think I'm In Love and Scared of Happy. The company released the lyric videos and the music videos for both songs a while ago and the songs were already getting good feedbacks.

Some were saying that these songs will be added to the list of my masterpieces. Some say this will reach number one on the charts and might enter the billboards if that is possible.

Oh and another achievement! Both music videos reached 600M after minutes of the release making me the first korean solo artist to reach this milestone!

Youngies are such grateful fans!

' Hey Chaeyoung ' I heard someone called me so I decided not to turn my neck considering that a make-up artist is currently working her work on me, I can only see the silhouette in the mirror, so I decided to look at it to see who it was.

I was shock when Mina came into the view, how the heck is she in here and not sleeping in her bed? It's almost 3AM!

' M-Mina? Babe what are you doing here at 2 in the morning?  ' I ask,  soon enough a plastic bag came into the view.

Obviously Mina is sleepy. ' Someone told me you haven't eat yet '.

' Thanks babe,  but you don't really have to do it ' I say as I check what's inside. Spaghetti, chicken nuggets and Big Mac. AHHH! Yummy 😋

Luckily, My makeup is already done. I can now eat peacefully. ' Babe you can sleep beside me while we wait ' I say as I sit.

Mina follows me as she immediately puts her head on my shoulder,  leaning on it while she closes her eyes.

' Hai youngies! ' I whisper but loud enough so that the fans will hear me. I was currently being filmed. By me I meant we.

' So,  your girlfriend visited you today...?  '
The cameraman asks as she filmed Mina that was sleeping peacefully.

I nod, I forgot that every comeback I am being filmed for behind the scenes,  etcetera etcetera.

' To be honest,  I wasn't expecting for her to join me since it's pretty much early, look at her she's sleepy but she she had insisted. I don't know who told her but I'm thankful for her ' I say at the camera whilst glancing at Mina.

' Please let me eat peacefully first ' I say to the cameraman, he then nods before leaving.

I can now savor my food peacefully.

' Ms. Chaeyoung, you should be in the stage in 10 minutes '  A staff said,  informing that it's better if I'm ready. But what about Mina?

I then shake Mina slightly, ' Babe, I need to go and get ready, are you sure you're okay here? The pre-recording will only take a couple of minutes '
