Kokichi Ouma was a child around the age of three when he found out he had a quirk, a quirk called Hypnosis.
What it could do was hypnotize people, it was a villain power and quiet simulator to Shinsou Hotoshi's quirk except it didn't work when he spoke to someone, it worked when they looked at him. Or into his eyes at least.
And since he found out about his quirk he's wanted to be a villain but his parents spoke out against it and forced him to apply and go to UA: school for future heros. It was a place where kids with these quirks could learn to control them and get their hero license.

Kokichi Ouma is now 15 and it's his time to go to UA. He's packing up as he puts clothes, a few memrobilia and his acceptance letter.
He sighs as he finishes up and closes his suitcase. He grabs his phone, hugs his mom, dad and dog goodbye as he leaves to catch his bus to UA.
He got on his bus in time and put his headphones in and started listening to his "special playlist" here we go.. he thought.
