What Did He Just Say

Noah's POV
I woke up this morning by the dreadful Chris blasting a horn into a megaphone. This made me bang my head on the bed on top of me. "Ow!" I shouted. Everyone got dressed and headed out of the cabins to see Chris. I saw Cody come out of his room. The guy looked shattered but didn't we all? He was trying to touch Eva's MP3 player. Not a good thing to do if you want to continue living. He got close to touching it but she turned her head and grunted really loudly. She chattered her teeth as if she was trying to bite his hand off. Told you girl's a living psychopath. But don't tell her I said that.

Once everyone had come out of the cabins and had gotten dressed Chris was going to announce the challenge before Heather beat him to it by saying "Wow Chris you look real buff in those shorts" in a sarcastic tone. "I know" Chris replied giving Heather gun fingers. Chris announced that our challenge would be starting in 1 minute. "Oh excuse me I don't think that's enough time to eat breakfast!" Owen stated. More like stated the obvious. "Oh you'll get your breakfast Owen right after you complete your 20km run around the lake" Chris exclaimed. He cannot be serious.

"Oh so you're funny now. Let me show what I think is funny" Eva shouted in an angry voice. Courtney whispered something into Eva's ear. "You're enjoying this aren't you?" Eva shouted yet again into Chris' face being pulled back by Duncan and Geoff. "A little" Chris answered. "You have thirty seconds" Chris said.

We all walked to the starting line. Then Chris shouted "Ok. Runners. On your mark. Get set. GO!" Some of us started to run while others just started walking. I saw Heather in front of me so I took this as an opportunity to show her she doesn't know what she's up against. I barged past her and she said in an annoyed tone as I continued running. "Do you mind?"

I continued running until I got really dehydrated and I must have fainted because of that. Because I fainted thankfully the best team player,Owen apparently carried me to the Mess Hall. Thankfully because of that we made it to the Mess Hall first! I woke up to Gwen shouting "Wait if they lost that means... that we won the challenge!" She exclaimed. "Yeah" we cheered. "Woah there hold your horses guys that wasn't the challenge" Chris said. "What did he just say" Gwen said. "Who's hungry?" Chris asked as a rhetorical question.

After an entire week of eating Chef's food I had to pinch myself to see if I was dreaming or not. But Chris would never give us something right on a silver platter I knew something was up. But I wasn't going to let that buffet go to waste. So I got all the food I could before Owen could. The man must've ate at least 60% of the buffet. But that was good enough for the rest of us. After every single piece of food was eaten Chris announced another statement...
