The Sleepover

Noah's POV
I stood outside his door waiting for a response I hadn't seen him all day something is definitely up. I knock the door again while shouting "Cody it's me can I come in?". I heard some footsteps. Then I heard the door unlock. "Oh hi Noa-" I cut him off by giving him a hug. "Where have you been?" I said as I continued to hug him. I have no idea why I care so much about the tooth gapped geek. I never show emotion nor hug anyone. And I especially don't pull in for the hug. "I was in my room all day yesterday and today" He said while hugging me back. "You must be starving" I said as I pulled away from the hug. "Nah I got some snacks down the shop" He said. "So you have been outside your room?" I asked. "Yes" He said while rubbing his hand around his neck. "Why didn't you knock on my door or send me a note or something you didn't even reply to my note I sent you!" I said I was so worried about him yesterday and today. Unfortunate for me to admit I think I actually care about the geek's feelings. I have no idea why but something just makes me care. "I'm sorry I- I didn't want you to see me in this mindset" Cody said as he looked down. "Can I come in?" I asked. He nodded as he walked into the room. I closed the door and locked it.

I approached Cody as he was laying on the bed next to a half eaten pringles can and an empty Chocolate digestive packet. "Cody" I said. "Yes Noah?" He asked so innocently with his brunette hair falling in front of his eyes. I stopped and stared at him for around 10 seconds but then snapped into reality again. "What was that about?" I asked myself. "Noah hello?" Cody said as he waved his hand in front of my face. "Why don't you sleepover in my room tonight?" I asked. Cody jumped up with excitement. "Like a sleepover!" He asked beaming with excitement. He's such a geek. "Yes like a sleepover" I muttered. "Yes Yes Yes my first sleepover" He said beaming with excitement. "Bring snacks and Drinks there's another bed in the hotel room so you don't need to bring anything else except for your clothes and your toothbrush" I said as I walked out of the room. As I was about to open the door Cody came running behind me. He was trying to run up and hug me but he ended up knocking us both down on the floor.

It had been around a minute of us looking into each other's faces. And I couldn't stop staring at his eyes. Why do I feel like this it feels weird and I don't like it. "Uhm Cody?" I asked. "Yes Noah" He said around 10 seconds after. "Are you going to get off me anytime soon?" I asked. " Oh yeah sorry" He said as he got up and dusted his clothes. I got up and I unlocked the door and opened it. "Be by mine at 4:30 we will skip dinner so make sure you have plenty of food before" I said. "Ok Dad" Cody said. "Shut up geek!" I said as I closed the door. I went to go open the door but of course Izzy was standing right in front of my door. "What were you doing in Cody's room" Izzy asked she said with a grin on her face. "Just talking" I said in a snarky tone. "And what did you talk about?" Izzy asked. "We talked about our relationship and how we are going to kiss tonight" I said in a sarcastic tone. "OMG NOCO IS FINALLY HAPPENING AHHHHHHHH" Izzy screamed. "Shut it psycho I was being sarcastic obviously you didn't take the hint" I said in yet again a snarky tone.

Izzy had bombarded me with more questions but after a few I practically kicked her out of my hotel room. I got my keys and went downstairs to have food. I walked to the elevator and pressed the button. After around 30 seconds the lift opened and I went in pressing the button to go down to the restaurant. I walked out of the elevator as it took a stop and opened the doors. I walked over to the restaurant got my plate and put lots of food on my plate. I don't really like eating junk food that much so I thought I'd make the most of the actual food down in the restaurant before the sleepover. To be honest I don't know why I asked Cody to sleepover. I've been worried about him since he told me about his past and his life back home. He really is just a geek back home. But he is so much more than that. I mean at least I assume. After I ate all my food I went back into the elevator and went to my hotel room. I opened my hotel room door and walked inside. I closed the door behind me. I had to clean up my room. You might take me as the organised type and I am but these last few days/week have been tough. I haven't been in the mood to organise I have so much stuff going on. Why did I sign up for this stupid reality tv show in the first place. To get elected school president. I mean yes and that did work and probably because there was a one million dollar prize if you won. I cleaned up all of the mess in the hotel room.
