Sports Is Not My Forte

Noah's POV
I woke up to Owen falling out of his bed and what seemed to be sleepwalking? I got out of my bed and said to Godzilla "Owen wake up" I started clapping in his face. The guy just stood there. I resorted to slapping him. It was the only thing that came to mind in that moment. "Wha- what happened?" He asked. "You were walking all over the cabin" I said as I put my hand on my hip looking like the gayest person on the planet. "Oh how did you wake me up?" He asked. "And why is there a hand mark on the right side of my cheek" He continued "You just answered your two questions idiot" "Oh thanks man" He said not taking the insult personally surprisingly.

The rest of the boys got waken up by Chris basically shouting in the megaphone "Good Morning Campers!" Cody screamed like a girl whilst he fell out of bed. Trent got up quietly saying "I can't believe I signed up for this show" "I know right my body deserves way more" Justin said in a cocky way. "Oh cheer up guys I'm sure we'll have a great time today" Owen exclaimed. Trent smiled and said "Thanks dude hopefully there isn't an excruciatingly hard challenge today" "Um what did he just say?" Justin said. "It's called English idiot" I said as Cody finally got up from the floor. "Woah sorry dude you ok?" Trent asked as he helped Cody up from the floor. "Yeah thanks man" Cody said. "I don't know about you guys but I'm going to go take a shower" Trent said as he grabbed his stuff. "Yeah I'm going too it's basically the only decent thing about this place" I said in a snarky tone. "Yeah me too" Owen and Cody said in unison. "You guys go off without me I'm going to stay here and admire my beautiful face" Justin said. I'm kind of surprised but not surprised at the same time.

After we all had had a shower and got dressed we headed to the Mess Hall. I got the same old sloppy what seemed like oatmeal. I sat down beside Justin on my left and Owen on my right. I began to eat the non edible food until Chris announced "Hey look everybody it's Gwen!" We all cheered for her. I've got to admit she did really good in the challenge. She's a good asset to our team. Around 1 minute later I lift my head up to see Heather shouting at the other team saying "Hey fish heads way to go eliminate your strongest player why don't you just give up now?" Courtney slingshotted her oatmeal at Heather but missed and ended up hitting an exhausted Gwen's face. "Missed me" Heather said as she shrugged.

"Alright campers you're next challenge starts in 10 minutes... and be prepared to bring it!" Chris announced. We all got up from our seats and walked to the Dodgeball court. Duncan slouched into the court and laid down on the benches and said to his team "You wake me up and it'll be the last thing you do!" "This is all your fault you know you and your snoring face!" Courtney screamed at Harold. "It's called a medical condition GOSH!" He shouted back whilst spitting everywhere. Gross. Chef blew his whistle and had an intimidating angry face whilst walking to Chris.

"Today's challenge is a classic game of dodgeball the first rule of dodgeball is..." "Don't talk about dodgeball" I said sarcastically. Owen snickered which made me smile a little. Like I said before not many people get my humour so it's nice to have someone who laughs at your jokes once in a while. "As I was saying if you get hit by the ball" Chris continued as he threw the ball at Courtney whom was beside me. "Ow! You can't do that!" She whined as she threw it back to Chris "If you catch the ball the thrower is out and the catcher gets to put another player on the court" Chris explained "Throwing balls another mentally challenging test" I said sarcastically yet again. "I know right" Lindsay replied. I looked at Owen confused him doing the same.

After around 1 minute of explaining and idiotic conversations we started strategising. I volunteered to sit out on the first game.

1 dodgeball game later

We won the first dodgeball round because Cody hit both DJ and Katie with some really good shots I've got to give it to the geek he did good. "Alright Noah you're up" Heather said "You know what you guys did so good in the last game that I don't want to throw off your mojo" I said in a positive way "Fine" Heather scoffed.

Another dodgeball game later

We won this round yet again 5-0 since Owen demolished the other team not like I was watching though I was reading my book calmly on the bench. "I'm glad someone is trying today" Heather said sarcastically "Oh sorry way to throw those murder balls go team go" I said unenthusiastically.

Another game later

We were losing the challenge. "Come on a little effort out there people" I said as if I cared. Leshawna and Izzy came over giving me snarky looks. "Not like Noah here cares but we are not losing another round to those losers! Where is Lindsay ugh!" Heather screamed.

Another match later
Both teams were neck and neck. "Knock em out Throw em out Rawr Rawr" I said unenthusiastically not looking away from my book. I then got hit by a dodgeball stupid jerks. "You're right sports isn't your forte" Heather said. After a couple minutes Harold and Owen were the last ones on the court. I was sure that Owen was going to win. We all cheered for Owen. "Sorry dude but you've gotta go down" Owen said. Owen threw four dodgeballs at Harold but surprisingly the dweeb dodged them all. "Wow" I said stood corrected. Courtney demanded they took a break. After the break Owen threw one last ball at Harold he got him but Harold surprisingly caught it. This could not be happening right now how could someone as weak as Harold beat someone as big as Owen? "Gophers what happened?" Chris asked "What can I say weak effort" I said in a snarky tone "Oh shut it Noah" Gothie said "You know for once I actually agree with her" Heather said as all the girls left leaving the guys left on the bench all of them looking at me with unimpressed looks on their faces.

Time Warp

When we got back to the cabins it was silent and I could tell there was a bit of tension in the room. I decided to break the silence "Look guys sports is just not my forte if I was on the court we would've lost ages ago." "It's not that bro it's just you didn't try at all or even encourage anyone you weren't a team player" Trent said. "Sorry dude" Owen said as him Trent and Justin grabbed their stuff and headed to the showers.

"Listen dude I know you're not the best at sports which is ok some people wouldn't even apologise so I'm thankful for that" Cody said. "Thanks but you were good out there how did you do that" I asked "I honestly have no idea" We laughed. "Well I'm going to head off to the showers I'll try and convince the guys to vote off Lindsay but no promises" Cody said "Thanks Cody it'll mean a lot"

We all gathered around the Campfire for the Campfire ceremony. Chris explained the usual. He threw marshmallows to everyone except me and Lindsay. I hoped that it was me who got the last marshmallow I mean this is for $100,000!

"And the last marshmallow goes to... Lindsay"
"What are you kidding me" I shouted "Fine but I hope you realise you just voted off your smartest player" I said "You need to learn a little thing called respect Turkey" Leshawna said after she threw marshmallows at me. "Whatever I'm out of here" I said in a gay voice. I saw the guys wave goodbye somehow maybe Cody did manage to get the guys to vote Lindsay off but unfortunately it wasn't enough. I waved goodbye to the guys and they waved goodbye too.

Chef took me to this absolutely stunning hotel. Then I realised I have to stay here for another 6 weeks maybe this show isn't that bad.
