-after school in their room-

-Somi's POV-

"Ugh! You really had to make me do this?" Chaeyoung Stamped her feet on the floor. She was fuming in anger. Her face is so red. She felt furious and irritated.

"Chill, cub. I was just curious if this girl is actually like what the rumors say, duh." Somi said though in a calm tone which made Chaeyoung even more angry than before. Oh, god. She looks like she's about to run over someone. I sighed "Listen, I'm sorry. Okay? I'll tell her why you approached her in the first place." Somi puts her right hand on chaeyoung's shoulder, massaging it gently. "Don't worry, Okay?" She continues.

Chaeyoung nodded weakly. I can feel how embarrassed she is from today's incident. I feel bad.

<<Flashback>>

"Do you think we could get along with the others here?" Somi asked, starting a conversations while they walk in school.

It's their first day of school.

"Well my brother is in this school so I dont need to worry about anything." Eunwoo shrugged. Chaeyoung looked at him and cringed, showing a bitter face making both of them laugh at her reaction.

"I don't know. I don't socialize with people easily." Chaeyoung sighed. Somi and Eunwoo looked at each other then Somi patted Chaeyoung's back to comfort her.

"I'm sure you'll make some friends, and they'll be good people." She smiled and Chaeyoung nodded.

"Guys guys guys." Eunwoo gasped making himself the center of attention. "Mhm?" Somi answered. "You see this girl over there?" He points at someone who's standing beside the lockers with some two other people. Somi nods and Chaeyoung listens.

"They say that these three girls are the main talk in this campus. They call them the J-line because they're Japanese. They're more popular than you actually think they are." Eunwoo let out all the information he had and Chaeyoung furrowed her eyebrows. "I don't believe you." She said.

"Trust me! My brother spilled everything to me yesterday!" He defended himself. Somi believed him so she looked at Chaeyoung and smirked. "What?" Chaeyoung asked.

"I dare you to go talk to her." Somi crossed her arms.

"That's not what I meant when I thought about making friends here. Didn't you just here what he just said? They're obviously unapproachable. I dont want anything to do with them at all." Chaeyoung stated and continued, "Look at them anyways. They look arrogant and bitchy." She scoffed.

Eunwoo scratched her nape, surprised that she's actually right. That's one of the things his brother warned him about. "Stop messing around..I dont think this is a good idea." He mumbled.

Mina got out a stack of love letters inside of her lockers and sighed. She crumbled them and threw them in the garbage then walked away with the two other girls trailing beside her.

"A dare is a dare. Now go." Somi pushed Chaeyoung, she was now right behind Mina. She couldn't go back because everyone had their eyes on her now.

Little did she know that this moment will change the rest of her life, forever.

"Yaa!"

Chaeyoung and Somi are Bestfriends. They made sure to share the same room as roommates in their new school, because they still don't know anyone there. This is their first year in the JYP High school. No one still knows about them because it's their first day of school... Or so she thought.

After that incident with the school's black swan, the most popular girl in the campus, she gained so many admirers and fans. It's already her first day of school but seems like she has heard the word 'School's girl crush' over a thousand times already.

Well, no one ever dares come close to the J-line, but Chaeyoung. Chaeyoung did it. She approached the school's goddesses. In a cold way, as if they were like any other student.

But Chaeyoung couldn't stop thinking about one thing.

That girl.

She understands why she's the school's goddess..

What was her name?

For some reason--

"Earth to chaeyoung?" Somi snapped Chaeyoung from her thoughts that the latter even forgot what she was about to say in her train of thoughts.

Chaeyoung sighs loudly "Sorry. What were you saying?" She looks at Somi.

"Yaa! Why weren't you listening! Urgh... forget it, I'll just go alone." she looked away from Chaeyoung's gaze, crossing her arms, obviously disappointed that the latter wasn't paying attention to her.

Chaeyoung, once again, let out a sigh. "Listen, I don't have the energy to beg. Are you going to say or--"

"Myoui Mina is throwing a party at her condo outside the school. All students are invited." She cut Chaeyoung off. Wouldn't let her continue because she knows it'll end up with her feeling guilty and telling her anyways.

"What?"

"You heard me, cub."

"I mean, why are you telling me that? You don't expect me to go, are you?" She said in a disbelieving tone. I stay silent giving her the be-more-specific look so she continues.

"No. No way you actually expect me to go. Are you crazy? Myoui Mina? The girl I approached in the most embarrassing way?" Her voice slightly raises a bit. "Just to prove to you that she actually is arrogant? That she actually is cold and annoying?"

"Chaeyoung, Listen--"

"No, Somi. No. I'm not listening to this bullshit. And I'm not coming to that party. Let's end this conversation here. No more discussions. I'm not changing my mind." This time, Chaeyoung cutt her off. Not waiting for any explanation from the other girl. She turned letting somi face chaeyoung's back. Walking towards their room's doorknob, opening it.

"I-Im leaving." was the last words Chaeyoung said before she storms out of the room, to god knows where. The last thing Somi saw before Chaeyoung disappears infront of her was her slightly wet eyes because of the so many mixed emotions. She was angry, disappointed, upset, and annoyed. Too many mixed emotions.
