Chapter 19: Too Close.

"You know..." Somi trailed off. "It's okay to be that way, really."

Sana stared at her as if she was trying to calculate her words and where she's coming from. What's she talking about?

Isn't it obvious?

"I know Mina's hiding her sexuality from everyone."

"Eh?" Sana raised her eyebrows.

'This girl... how'd she know? Before asking her I have to make sure she'll keep it for herself.'

"Mina, she's not the straight queen everyone thinks she is. But, why?"

"Why what?"

"Why's she hiding it?"

Sana stares at Somi for a while. Why..? Should she really tell her. Oh, yeah, making sure she'l keep it for herself is Sana's priority at the moment.

"Hey Somi." Sana tried to sound stern and serious. The girl in front of her is already close to her, she knows Sana is a clumsy girl but could also be serious in times like this, especially if it's something important. Somi smiled and nodded. "Nobody should ever know about this. If I tell you anything, you have to promise it'll be burried inside your head and that it shall never get out."

"I'm aware, Sana. I'm not here to ruin Mina's life. I already guessed that. Don't worry about it." Somi chuckled.

Sana sighed, a little bit relieved that it was Somi out of all people. She loves the girl, and she trusts her without the girl assuring her. Sana smiled, "Okay."

Sana was walking around the campus. It was lunch and she wasn't hungry. Maybe Somi's words hit her that night that she couldn't feel her appetite.

'So Mina does like the small girl. Where is this going to lead her? Do I need to stop her? But she'll be hurt. She's had enough. She's a fragile girl, I would never dare to hurt my Minari. But, still.. Ugh, What to do? What to do?--'

Sana's thoughts were cut off when a smiley girl she adores the most and her friend approaches her.

"Babe." Sana grins. Tzuyu chuckles and hugs her Sana tightly. The other girl just smiles softly at them. "Hey Chaeng." Sana smiles and opens her arms for a hug. Tzuyu smacks her hand and glares at her. "You snake. Don't do that." Sana smiles mischievously at the jealous Tzuyu, "It's just a hug. Come on Chaeng." Sana nods at herself. Chaeyoung was hesitant if she should hug Sana or not. ' 'It's just a hug. Sorry Tzuyu.' She thought. She slowly leaned in to hug her.

Someone coughs grabbing their attention, interrupting Chaeyoung's action. "What are you doing?" Mina asks, visibly confused. "I just wanted a hug!" Sana whines like a kid. Then she realized that it's Mina. Normally, she would notice Mina's jealousy, but now that Somi told her about everything, it's more obvious.

"Are you going to give me a hug or do I go cry in a corner?" Sana said as she eyes Mina's reaction the whole time. "Oh, Yeah--"
"She doesn't have to if she doesn't want to Sana." Mina raises her eyebrows, her voice deepens due to her seriousness. Even Chaeyoung felt slightly scared for her life.
"But she's fine with it!" Sana whines, a smile plastered on her face. "Right, Chaeng?" Chaeyoung stares at Sana then to Mina. She doesn't even understand the tension between them so she innocently smiles, nodding at Sana's question.
