Andre POV
"Come on man. What are you doing just sitting here on the couch? Go out there and find you a shorty to dance with." One of Troy's friends, Michael, tried to encourage me.
I laughed. "Im good man, besides I got a girl."
"So, that don't mean you can't dance. Don't tell me she's that type of girl?"
"What type of girl would that be?" I asked, not getting where he was coming from.
"The crazy ass type. Where she won't let you be friends with no type of female."
"Nah she's not like that."
"Oh alright. Well Im bout to get a drink, you want one?"
"Im straight."
"Alright bruh." He dapped me before leaving.
So much for betting Tiffany on who can turn up more when Im not even feeling this party. Yeah it may have only been two hours after it started but it wasn't even all that to me.
I don't understand what Troy was talking about this being one of the sexiest parties when all they really had was girls walking around in skimpy outfits, and that's not even sexy to me. Why would I think that's cute for you to show your body out in public, then there would be no point for me to want you if everybody already saw what I got.
I leaned back watching all of the girls dance. Some were grinding on dudes and some were grinding on other girls. I then felt a dip in the couch after a few minutes. I didn't bother to look to see who it was but the person kept watching me from the corner of their eyes. I could feel it.
I finally turn my head to see a light skin girl. She looked like she was nervous because she was fiddling with her thumbs. She had some pretty curly hair that reminded me of Tiffany's. She also had a pretty face, she was actually dressed decent compared to all these other girls. I turned away because I just realised what I was doing. I was checking her out.
I laughed wondering how Tiffany would act if she saw me staring at her. She would probably throw this big ass fit, after we would have left the party of course. She don't like having attention on her so that's why she would wait until we left.
"So are you having a good time?" I was knocked out of my thoughts by the girl who was sitting next to me.
"Yeah, Im good. What about you?"
She blushed before answering. "It's okay. This is my first college party."
"So does that mean you're a freshman?"
"No Im a sophmore, I just didn't go to any my freshman year, and from the looks of it I sure didn't miss anything." She looked at the girls, who were dancing, funny making us both laugh.
"I know right."
"So are you a junior?"
"Nope, freshman."
She had her eyebrow arched as if she was in disbelief. "Really? You look so much older."
"Thanks. I'll take that as a compliment."
She laughed again and then reached her hand out. "Im Crystal."
"Andre." I shook her hand.
Dej Loaf -easy love started playing. We sat in silence for a minute before she spoke up.
"So maybe we can hangout. You know as friends, maybe?" She said more as a question than statement.
"Yeah that would be nice."
