„Cole, I'm home!!" Lili screamed after an exhausting day of work. Cole had a day off and stayed at home the entire time.
There was no answer. Lili put her bags full of food on the kitchen counter and started looking for Cole.
„Cole?" she said again, trying to find him.
She ended up spying him, laying in bed.
„Hey, why didn't you answer me?" she laughed and was about to kiss his lips but he pulled away.
„Sorry, I was distracted by my phone." he said awkwardly. Lili raised her eyebrows at him. „Okay.." she mumbled.
„Anyways. I was at taco bell and bought us some food. You wanna join me for dinner?" she asked smiling.
„Nah, I'm not hungry." he replied and turned around again. Lili was confused as hell.
„Okay, since when is the one and only Cole Sprouse rejecting his food?" Lili sat down onto his bed side and slowly stroked his waist.
„I'm just tired. I just wanna sleep." he muttered dryly.
„Alright, alright. But then I might be eating your food as well?" she giggled.
„Go ahead." he replied and that's when Lili knew exactly, that something is bothering him.
„What's up with you? Tell me." she asked and he sighed.
„Nothing. I just wanna sleep." he mumbled into his pillow.
„Okay alright. I'm gonna leave you." Lili said being upset while slowly walking out of the bedroom. She sat down onto the couch and started to watch some random tv show while eating dinner alone.
She felt a little nervous when she turned back into bed that night. When she entered the room, Cole was already asleep. At least he's getting the sleep he deserves.
Lili quietly opened the closet to grab one of Cole's T-shirts to change into it. Just as she wanted to close the door again Cole moved and sighed.
„I'm sorry.." Lili whispered. „It's fine."
Lili joined him in bed and usually he would cuddle her and hold her as close as possible but right now everything was all about ignorance.
She shook her head in disappointment and tried to fall asleep that only happened after a long time of thinking. But everyone has a bad day right?
Their alarm ripped them out of their peaceful sleep at 6am. Cole groaned.
„Hey, you can't be tired you've slept for ages." Lili laughed.
