Luke stood up and offered to take her. They walked out and he started to show her around. "Runner then?" He asked.

Destariya looked at him "Yeah about that what's a runner or a slopper or a bricker or any of the other jobs?" She questioned

He smiled at her "All in good time greenie" He stated.

She tilted her head in confusion "Isn't this tour supposed to be about answering my questions?"

He nodded "Just enjoy the tour" After the tour, they started walking towards Alby who was stood next to a tall tower before they reached him Luke turned to Destariya. "You know you're alright for a girl," Luke told her.

"Why thank you so much" She responded and they carried on laughing.

"I see you two are getting along" Alby smiled at them.

"I'm a delight to be around, of course, we are" She joked causing the boys to smile and shake their heads.

"Anyway Luke you'd better get back I'm going to talk to Destariya real quick," Alby told him. Luke nodded and waved goodbye. "Hope you're not afraid of heights" Alby started to climb the ladder and Destariya followed after him. Once they got to the top Alby started talking "This is all we got we've worked hard for it. If you respect this place you and I will get along just fine" He turned to look at her "But I feel like I can trust you you've got this warmth that makes people feel safe and happy. I mean you've brought so much laughter and smiles to the glade already and you haven't even been here for a day"

Destariya smiled "It must have been hard" She now turned to look at him "Working for this place"

He nodded "But it's  all worth it"

They look over the glade together and Destariya noticed the blond boy from earlier almost lose his footing.

"Is he alright?" She questioned.

Alby looked at her "Who Newt?" Nodding he carried on "Yeah he just had an accident if you do talk to him try not to bring it up he's a bit fragile at the moment" Newt looked up at them the same sad look in his eyes Destariya waved at him and smiled again hoping this time he would return it but he just looked away. "Don't worry greenie he's like that with everyone it's nothing personal" Alby told me.

Destariya carried on looking around the glade until her eyes focused on the large hole in the wall "What's out there?" She asked.

Alby sighed "Listen we only have 3 rules first do your part. We have no time for freeloaders. Second never harm another glader none of this works unless we have trust and lastly never go beyond those walls without permission especially not around this time"

"Why what happens around this time?" She asked. He didn't answer he just kept looking towards the walls a loud clicking noise was heard and the walls started to close she looked at the walls in confusion "Right well I'll note to never be around the walls at that time"

He nodded "Good now to answer your question out there is a maze hopefully with a way out and Minho thinks you're just the person to help with that. And after that after seeing that you could be locked out do you still think that he has a good idea"

She nodded again "Yes I want to help you lot as much as possible and if that means taking the risk of getting stuck out there I'll deal with it"

Alby started to climb down "Your brave I'll give you that Destariya" He carried on climbing until he was at the bottom. "Welcome to the glade"
