Initiation and the Pep Rally

[We fade out to Zombietown at night. A Seabrook cheer van pulls up in the street and stops in front of a house. The door slides open, and Addison and Bree exit. Addison looks on in wonder.]

Addison: Wow. Zombietown. 

"What are you guys doing there?" Zed asked. He was confused. Why was Addison in Zombietown? What was she doing there? He didn't want her to get in trouble. 

"Addison, what are you doing?!" Missy scolded. "You know how dangerous being there at night could be? You don't know your way around! You could get lost!"

"Mom, I'm fine. Bree and Bucky are there. And if I do get lost I could always call you." Addison consoled. Addison was tired of her parents' being afraid for her. She could take care of herself! She wasn't a baby anymore!

Speaking of Bucky, Missy turned on her nephew next. "Why would you bring her there?!"

Bucky answered a little fearfully. "I-It's part of cheer initiation." he stuttered. What? His aunt could be scary!

[Addison looks around and spots Zoey. Her father calls her, and she runs inside.]

Zevon: Zoey! Dinner!

"Hey! It's me!" Zoey yelled. She was happy to see herself on the screen. 

[Addison looked around more, taking in the town's worn down, up-cycled appearance. She then turns to Bucky, who is sitting in the driver's seat.]

Addison: Wow. 

Bucky: Every year, for cheer initiation, we like to remind zombies that we don't accept freaks in this town.

[He turns and grabs a carton of eggs, handing it to Addison.]

As soon as Zed saw the carton, he knew what was going to happen. He looked down. He thought Addison was different from everyone else. But she was going to egg a zombie's house just to fit in. 

Wyatt saw Zed's downcast look and knew there was more to the story. Addison didn't seem the type to egg a house simply because her cousin told her to. So he continued watching, curious to see what she would do. 

Bucky (cont.): Egg that zombie house, and you're both officially one of us. 

[Addison and Bree turn to look at the house, unsure. Addison realizes the gravity of this and turns to Bree, who shakes her head frantically.]

Addison: Oh. 

Bree: What?

Addison: No. We can't do that. 

Zed looked up. She wasn't going to do it? Maybe she was different. She didn't want to hurt zombies. Then he realizes something. 

"Wait! That's my house!" he yells out. 

"Really?" Addison was shocked. She really hoped she didn't go through with it now. 

[Bucky chuckles at his cousin. A zombie woman comes up to the van, wanting to help. At seeing her, Bucky screams and drives off, leaving Bree and Addison stranded in Zombietown. Bree and Addison look at the zombie, then run towards the house. The woman shakes her head and puts her hand on her hips.]

Woman: You look lost. 

Bucky: Ahhhh!

[The girls hide behind a fence as the woman walks away. Zed walks out of his house, having heard Bucky scream. He looks out at the street. His dad follows him outside. Zed turns around to respond, but stops when he sees Addison.]
