ASHTON
"Nervous?"
"Nope." Ashton took your hand with a wide grin. "More like terrified." You added, nibbling on your bottom lip. The closer you got to the front door, the more you could feel your heart beating faster. Through this rapid feelings, you heard Ashton chuckle,
"Y/N, I've told you a gazillion times! You have nothing to worry about." He stopped walking right before the door, hand still gripping yours.
"Yet every time you say that I can't help but get even more nervous." A shy grin appeared on your face. Ashton kissed your forehead,
"You'll be fine. I've already told them all the great things about you." He smirked, stepping forward to knock on the door. A shaky breath left your lips and you felt your hand get sweaty.
"Ashton! Aye!" Luke cheered, stepping over to let you both in.
"Y/N this is Luke," He announced, letting go of your hand. You cleared you throat,
"Hi."
"And that's Michael and then Calum." He told you stepping further in to the living room and pointing at the other two boys. You heard to door shut as you peaked your head in, waving a hello at them. Once you got over the initial hump of the greeting, you had only good feelings about tonight.
CALUM
You had gone through the night without embarrassing yourself. You were all getting along great and your hope for Calum's friends to like you was becoming concrete.
"I don't think I've ever seen someone laugh so hard they shoot pop out of their nose!" You giggled at Ashton, commenting on what happened only a few minutes ago.
"I'm glad I could be the entertainment for you all." He chuckled. The laughter in the room died down and a happy sigh left your lips.
"I had a lot of fun tonight." You told them all and they nodded in agreement.
"Yeah, we should get together like this more often," Michael chimed, "You sure know how to have a laugh Y/N." You smirked,
"Why thank you," You amused and Calum wrapped his arm around your shoulder.
"We should probably get going, it's getting pretty late." Your boyfriend noted and you nodded, standing from the couch.
"Well, it was nice to meet you all." You told them all as a goodbye, "And for the record, you guys know how to have laugh too." You smirked as Calum too your hand and walked you outside.
"So you had fun right? You liked them?" He wondered once you got in the car. You nodded,
"Yeah, I had a really good time." Calum sighed in relief. You were both relieved the night had gone so well.
LUKE
"You know Y/N." Calum began, leaning back against the couch. "You're not as bad as I thought you'd be." You raised an eyebrow at him,
"Um thanks?" You replied not sure to take it as a compliment, or to feel offended. The room became silent and Luke picked up his head, glaring at his friend.
"Really Cal?" Luke leaned forward, resting his elbows against his knees.
"What?" Calum asked, not realising what he just said sounded as offensive as it did.
"Why did you just say that? What did you think she was going to be like?" Luke inquired a bit harsh. You gulped, feeling the tension rise around the room.
"I didn't mean anything bad by it." Calum defended.
"But it sounded like you did." Your boyfriend rebutted. You knew he was only trying to help, but you didn't want to be the reason two friends got into a fight.
"It's really fine-" You began but Luke cut you off,
"No Y/N, I want him to tell me what he meant." He replied, glaring at Calum. He sucked his teeth,
"I just meant that I didn't think Luke would find someone to make him as happy as you do." He finally said, in an embarrassed tone. Luke shut his mouth, looking down at his hands. You felt a blush creep on your cheeks,
"Thanks Calum." He shrugged with a grin,
"No problem Y/N."
MICHAEL
Tonight, Michael was bringing over his bandmates for you to meet for the first time. You knew they were way more than just his bandmates, they were his brothers.
And while they didn't share the same DNA, they shared similar qualities that could fool anyone into thinking that they actually were. It was a big night for you and you didn't want to disappoint.
You tapped your foot impatiently, moving the bowl of chips around the table for the third time as you waited for them to arrive. You began humming to yourself, adjusting to the tap your foot was still doing. Finally, the door to your apartment opened and in came the four boys, three of which you had never meet before.
"Y/N!" Michael cheered, stepping to give you a kiss on your cheek.
"Hi babe" You greeted him and he smiled at you. "And-no wait let me guess." You pointed toward the boys behind him.
"Luke, Calum, and Ashton?" You giggled and they nodded, "Wooh!" You cheered,
"Alright, well welcome to my home. There's chips on the table and beer in the fridge. Feel free to help yourselves!" They started laughing and headed toward the kitchen.
"Ah Michael," Ashton stopped in front of us, patting his back, "I can already tell that this one is a keeper."
