Luke was meant to be tutoring you because you were currently failing everything. He was a brilliant student and you weren't which is why you seriously needed his help. Your stress levels were through the roof, you needed to get your grades up, you had your parents on your back about it all the time and to top it all off, your crush on Luke was even worse than before.
You didn't even think it was a crush anymore, you honestly thought you were in love with the boy. Every time he was around you, you couldn't concentrate, your heart began racing and you just spent your time looking at him.
You knew that you needed to snap out of it especially considering that he was meant to be helping you. He tried explaining a simple question to you but you found yourself getting distracted and after the 3rd time of him explaining, you threw your arms up before standing up and starting to pace back and forth the room.
"(Y/N), what's the matter with you? You need to seriously calm down," Luke said, standing up in front of you as your hands grabbed at your hair.
"I can't-I just.." you tried to reply but you couldn't seem to find the right words. You were struggling to breathe properly as you got more and more worked up about everything.
"Breathe (Y/N), just breathe," Luke whispered, his voice soft in an attempt to calm you down.
"I-I can't fail again, I can't be a disappointment to my parents and I can't have you tutor me because it hurts too much..." you cut yourself off even though you knew that you had already said too much.
"What? Why does it hurt you to have me tutor you?" he asked, his hands grabbing at your wrists so that you couldn't run away from him.
"It hurts because I know that you don't feel the same as what I feel for you okay? I get that, but I don't get any of this work you're trying to teach me and I won't ever get it, especially with you as my tut-", you were cut off by Luke pressing his lips against yours softly, his hand reaching up to stroke your cheek as your lips moved in sync with each other.
"Who told you that I didn't feel the same?" Luke breathed out once you had finally broken apart, "Because guess what, they were wrong, and so were you."
