The second class trial was about to start. You must be wondering, "Wait!? A second class trial?!" Yes, a second one. Werner Werman was unfortunately the victim this time. Now, we are trying to find out who murdered him. Looking back on who has an alibi, it has to be either Psycarrot, Grim, or Cala. But hey, in this killing game, anything can happen.
"Alrighty! You kiddos already know the rules of the trial, but I'm going to summarize them anyways. All 13 of you have to figure out who the true blackened is! If you guess right, then you all get to stay unharmed! Well, except the blackened of course, who will receive a punishment. If you guess incorrectly, then you chumps are all toast. The culprit will be free to leave while all of you get punished. Tehehehe! The class trials are always so fun!"
It stayed quiet. I kept my eyes on the piece of paper I wrote on. Hmm..
"Well! Start already! I'm dying to know if you guys can figure out the murderer!"
It remained silent. If no one else is going to speak up, then I guess I will. Last time, we started with...the murder weapon?
I cleared my throat and started talking. "Well, I think we should discuss how Werner died. While me and Psycarrot were investigating, we found a bloody wrench. It was set next to the closet. Since the murder file talks about the injury on the head being caused by a blunt object, the wrench must be it."
"Yes, that is correct. The murder weapon is most likely the wrench. We can also prove that the wrench in question belonged to poor Mr.Werner Werman." Psycarrot said.
"How do you know that? What if he committed suicide like in the first trial?" Rumor asked.
That's an easy question to answer. "We noticed a tool was missing from his tool belt. Psycarrot can confirm he carries a wrench with him. Also, he couldn't have committed suicide because we heard him scream, which shows a sign of struggle. Also, he couldn't have dragged his own dead body to the closet."
"You're right honey..."
"But aren't there extra tools inside his talent room?" Cala protested.
"Yes, but, I'm almost 100 percent positive the wrench came from his tool belt. Why else would a tool be missing?" Psycarrot answered.
"Hmm, that's true." Cala backed down.
"Well, if we have the murder weapon out of the way, then can we discus the time of the murder? I'm not sure if it's important or not, but hopefully it'll help us take a step forward." Cagney said.
"I agree! Since the murder occurred during our mourning, doesn't that mean the people that attended are clear from suspicion?" Hilda asked.
"Ye-" I got cut off by Wally. "Wait! Why are you guys being cleared of suspicion?! Any of you could have waltzed on out of the room and whacked Werner on the head!"
