"Hey," I hear Laine whisper.

"Hey," I whisper back, smiling as I open my eyes and see him perched on the ladder to my bunk.

"Listen, I know it's early, but would you want to go downstairs with me?" he asks, and I nod, grabbing my phone and following him down the ladder and into the living room.

"Thank you again for yesterday. That was so sweet," I tell him.

"Like I said, it's the least I could do. And also, it provided a pretty great backdrop for our first kiss," he giggles.

"Fair," I say with a laugh.

The two of us plop down on the couch and Laine throws a blanket around us as he turns on the tv. He scrolls through a few channels before opening Disney+ and navigating to the list of shows available. It's too early for there to be anything decent on normal tv, and watching old Disney shows is always a fun option.

"Got any suggestions?" he asks.

"Good Luck Charlie. Hands down best Disney show," I say, and he presses play on the first episode of the first season.

As the title sequence plays, Laine wraps his arm around me as I lay my head on his shoulder. I watch about ten minutes of the show before being lulled to sleep by the background noise and the warmth of my boyfriend next to me.

When I'm shaken awake a few hours later, light streams in through the living room windows and Laine is still asleep next to me. I blink a few times, my eyes slowly adjusting to the brightness, trying to make out who woke me up.

"Well, good morning, lovebirds," Joe says, grinning snarkily. He turns off the tv as he walks into the kitchen to get a bowl of cereal.

"What time is it?" I ask, getting off the couch and covering Laine with the blanket before following Joe.

"Nine. Our rehearsal starts at eleven thirty, so we have some time. But I think Sophie was wondering if you would want to hang out with her during that?" he says, and I nod eagerly.

"That would be fun. Everyone else too, or just one on one?" I ask, and he shrugs.

"I didn't really get into the specifics. She should be down here soon though, she's just in the shower right now."

I pour myself some cereal, sitting next to Joe at the breakfast bar and scrolling through my social media feed as my cousin does the same on his phone. I come across a video from James Corden, which shows an interview where Joe watched himself being clumsy during performances, and turn it on loud enough that he can hear it.

"Please don't tell me you're watching what I think you're watching," he says, peering over my shoulder with a groan.

"Joe, I already know you're clumsy as shit. It's nothing new," I say with a laugh, and he agrees as he continues to watch with me.

"I still can't believe you called me out in an interview about not being able to whistle," Nick says, walking down the stairs at the exact moment the video is discussing it.

He watches the video as well, as the clips of Joe falling start, all of us laughing hysterically.

"How is one person that unstable on their own feet?" Nick asks.

"Not sure, but that last one my body just gave up on me. I had nothing to do with it," Joe defends.

"If our kids turn out that clumsy, just know it's your fault, Joseph," Sophie says, entering the kitchen.

"Heyyy," Joe says, pouting playfully as she comes and kisses him on the cheek.

"You know I love you," she says, and Joe smiles as she prepares her own breakfast.
