Promises

(SARAHS POV)

"It's been a week since (Y/N) last opened her eyes. And I haven't left her side since we've arrived at the hospital. Everyone has been urging me to go home, and return to "normal" life. But I cant. There is no version of life thats normal without (Y/N).

Ive paid for a private room and the hospital has been extremely accommodating by letting me stay here with her. That night my world flipped. And I'm waiting for some sign to know when its been righted, and wondering if that day will ever come."

I typed my update for the day on my computer before pulling up some interesting news articles and reading them aloud for (Y/N). Ive been told theres a chance she can hear me. So I hold that hope close to me and read to her everyday. I tell her I'm sorry and I love her. I promise her no matter what struggles she has or anything she may have to endure, Ill be there. Day in or day out she can cry on my shoulder if she needs to. I would do it all just to have those perfect (Y/C/E) look back at mine.

I tell her everyday to fight and be strong and pull through so she can come back to me...

"please come back to me" I whispered.
