In the afternoon both Mitchell and Billy left Mabel's house. Julia decided to stay back to spend some lady time with her. "So, you and William, huh?" Mabel teased her.

"Mabel, can I tell you something?"

"What is it sweetheart?" She responded giving her full attention.

"Billy, sorry, William and I knew each other before last night." Julia said looking down and then looked up to see Mabel reaction, but Mabel just sat there like she was still waiting for information.

"Honey, you don't think that I know that?" Julia looked confused. "I saw you two chatting at the store a while back, and when you said you had dinner plans at Carmine's I knew it was with William. That's his favorite restaurant."

"You knew all along?" Julia seemed more surprised than she thought Mabel would be.

"You don't think I would just let you out all night with some random boy and be okay with it would you? Like I said last night, mother sees all."

"Why—"

"No time for questions, I think you ought to be meeting up with William by now. Since you two are in love." She said with a smile on her face.

"Mabel!" Julia blushed.

Julia had gone outside and got a cab to bring her to Central Park. She walked around trying to find the bench that Billy took her to the last time that they were here. She was sure she found it when she noticed Billy sitting there. She walked up behind him and asked, "is this seat taken?"

"Are you stalking me now?" Billy smiled as he looked back and saw her.

"In your dreams."

"You tend to be in a lot of mine." He took her hand as she sat down on the bench next to him. "It's actually crazy that you found me here. I was just about to call you to meet me."

"Why is that?"

"I want to take you somewhere." He jumped up and fixed his shirt. He reached out his hand for her to grab. "Come on beautiful." He pulled her up and kissed her on the cheek.

They got into a cab and he held her hand the whole way to their destination. He would look and admire her at every stop. There was no doubt that he loved her. They pulled up and got out of the car. Julia looked up and realized what they were about to do. They had arrived at the empire state building. "Are we going up?" Julia asked excitedly.

"Of course, it's the second best view in the state of New York."

"Don't even say that I am the first best view." Julia caught on.

"You caught me."

"You are so cheesy!" she laughed. Billy tugged on her hand and they went inside of the building. They went all the way up to the top and went out the doors to enter back into the atmosphere. Julia walked all the way to the ledge. "This is so beautiful Billy. With the sun setting, and the lights glowing on all the buildings. This is breathtaking."

"Hey, come here" Billy said in such a soft voice it drew her attention away from the view. He wasn't at all interested in the view. He was only fixated on her. He reached out his arms and pulled her body into his. His arms wrapped so tightly around her that she laid her head against his chest. "I have something for you." Julia stepped back to see. Billy reached into his back pocket and pulled out a black velvet box. Julia's eyes widen.

"Billy, I can't accept this gift."

"Just, just hear me out. I am beyond grateful to have you in my life. You may not know who you are really, but I've come to know an amazing woman. A beautiful, caring, smart, and funny woman. I can't help but to love you. I am so deeply in love with you Julia, and I want to know if you'll be mine?" He opened the box revealing a golden necklace with a horizontal pendant with the name William on it.

"Of course, I will be yours! I love you so much. I just want you to know that I'm not going to be like your ex girlfriend. I'm not going to use you. That's why I can't take this necklace, it must've cost you a fortune."

"You are nothing like her, you are everything I have ever wanted. This is for you, and I want you to take it. No ifs ands or buts." He put the necklace on her, and she leaned in to kiss him. "Let's get out of here." They walked back inside and went all the way back down. Julia started forward for a cab when she heard a little bell go off on a bike to warn her to move, but she didn't move in time and the bike ran into her knocking her down on the ground.

She looked over to her knee and there was a scrap and a little bit of blood. A flashback occurred of her being pushed down by someone and they said that she failed. She didn't kill the son. Next thing she noticed was this man shooting a bullet through her mother's head. When she came back to reality, both the biker and Billy were helping her up. "I'm so sorry, are you okay?" the biker asked. Julia just nodded her head and asked Billy if they could just leave. He gestured her into the nearest cab and brought her to his condo. It was a silent ride all the way back.
