Chapter 7: voices

Me and Harry both have to serve detention with Lockhart because of Harry flying the car and me dropping Malfoy with a one two combination.

"Boy's, can you possibly imagine a better way to serve detention, than helping me answering my fan mail?" He asked joyously.

"Yeah it's great fun." I replied sarcastically

"Fame is a fickle friend Harry, celebrity is as celebrity does, remember that." Lockhart explained

"That goes for you too y/n, you seem to be very popular, especially with the girl's, to be honest, I see a bit of me in you." He laughed, hearing that made me want to drown myself in the great lake. I looked over to Harry who was looking all around the room with great concern over his face.

"What?" Harry asked

"Sorry?" Lockhart said in concern

"That voice."

"Voice?"

"Didn't you here it? Did you hear it y/n?" Harry asked

"I didnt hear anything." I said

"I think you're getting a bit drowsy, and great scott no wonder, look at the time we've been here for four hours, spooky how time flies when one is having fun!" Lockhart chuckled nervously as he let us leave.

Me and Harry were walking through the corridor when I asked him

"What was all that about mate?"

"There it is again, the voice!" Harry said running through the corridor

"Harry wait!" I shouted.

We turned a corner and bumped into Hermione and Ron

"Y/n! Harry!" Said Hermione.

"Do you guys here that voice?"

"What voice?" Ron asked

"He was talking about hearing voices during our detention with lockhart."

"Its moving, I think its going to kill!" He said with fear as he ran off.

""HARRY WAIT UP!" I shouted as we ran with him. We came across something on the wall.

"The chamber of secrets has been opened enemies of the heir... beware... it's written in blood." Hermione said in disgust. I looked across saw a cat.

"Is that Filches cat? Whats wrong with it?" I asked when a group of student walked up.

"Enemies of the heir beware? Watch out mudbloods, you'll be next!" Malfoy shouted

"Watch your tongue Malfoy." I said

"Whats going on here? Make way make way, Potter wha-" Filch stopped talking when he noticed his cat.

"Mrs Norris? You've murdered my cat, I'll kill you!" He said grabbing harrys collar

"I'LL KILL YOU!" He shouted

"Argus!" Dumbledore shouted

"Everyone shall proceed to their dormatories immediatly, everyone except you four." He said pointing at us.

"She's not dead Argus, she has just been petrified."

"So unlucky I wasn't there, I know just the counter curse that could of stopped it." Lockhart said

"How she has been petrified I cannot say." Dumblore explained

"Ask him, it's him who done it, you saw what he wrote on the wall." Filch pointe to Harry

"It's not true sir, I never touched Mrs Norris!"

"It's true Professor, I was with him" I said defensively
