Just to make some things clear:
Sam is currently 21 in the story and Emma is 20, and yes I guess that is pretty young to get married, but screw normal ammirite ladies. Plus, lots of people were asking for it. And Emma's birthday is soon, so she will be 21 for when the wedding comes.
