NIGHTMARES CREPT UPON YOUR SKIN, WITH A TINGLING AND DISTURBING SENSATION HARSHLY GRUBBED AGAINST YOUR TENUOUS FRAGILE COMPLEXION, AS IF DARKNESS DEVOURED YOUR SOUL. It was pain, agony and misery, all bottled up within yourself. It was torture.

Awkwardly, you threw glances up on the clock as every second passed. It was absolutely nerve-wrecking. You didn't want to intern with Hawks nor Aizawa. Your long lost brother, or the man who forced you into your daily checkups and prevented you from being free.

Hell, death was a better option.

"Miss (L/N)! Have a seat, make yourself comfortable! Would you like to have tea? If so what flavour would your preference be? We've got Jasmine, Oolong, Peppermint, Green tea, White tea..." The mouse-like creature, Principle Nezu, welcomes you full heartedly into his office, rambling on the endless possibilities of teas for you to pick. "Ah... Perhaps I said to much. Anyways! What brings you here?"

"I refuse to go for the hero internship, especially with the offers I received."

"Why is that, Miss (L/N)?" The white furred being questioned, holding onto his stainless-steel kettle. "Besides, according to the school rules, it is a compulsory for you to attend the hero internship."

"Well I wouldn't mind interning, but not with them."

Nezu raised his eyebrows. Why wouldn't you want to intern with either one, considerably powerful heroes? Its not like you had anything to lose.

"Then who would you like to go under, Miss (L/N)?"

"Sir Nighteye."

"Denied."

"You didn't even-"

"My words are absolute Miss (L/N). I do not care, whether you had bad relations with them." Pouring out his freshly brewed tea, he sighed. "You are interning as a hero, not (Y/N) (L/N)."

"Well I don't fucking care!" You hissed back, snapping at the headmaster. "He's going to bring me back. They are going to take me back."

"And as heroes, it is our duty to protect you. Not to inflict on others, Young (L/N)."

"Fuck you!" Swearing at the small creature, you stood up. "You don't fucking understand Nezu. Do you know how it feels to die? Do you know how it feels to be fucking tortured for I don't fucking know, how many godamned years?! All of you heroes keeps making false claims of saving people's lives!! Then how about me? My fucking existence ignored and shunned by all of your raggedy ass!"

"Miss (L/N). I will not repeat twice. You will, and must attend your hero internship. Heroes are here to save people, not inflict harm." Nezu calmly spoke out, raising his tone slightly. "If you are that scared, why not go to your brother-"

"Go fuck yourself in shit." You spat, as your breathing hitched, clenching your fists. "Don't speak like heroes always save others."

Because heroes are nothing but fairytales.

They aren't real.

They are lies that cover reality for others.

"I'll take my leave now, Nezu."

Heroes were the reason of your despair.

"FUCK THEM ALL!" YOU SEETHED, BASHING THE TRAINING FIELDS CONCRETE WALL, WHICH WAS DESTROYED INTO PIECES. Nezu didn't understand, if you went back, they will never let you go; both Keigo and Aizawa.

You were restricted in the chains that were placed on you.

"Shit!" It hurt, it hurt so much. Clutching your chest, you fell down onto the ground, wincing in pain. "Fucking drawbacks..."

Of course, the chains of your quirk weighed a huge impact on both, your physical and mental health. And that was why, you barely used your time-related quirk.

It was like a fair-trade.

In exchange to go back, your life energy is drained.

Even though you had a rebirth quirk, it was painful yet endearing. It wasn't a quirk, it was a curse. A curse where ones life cycle would repeat over and over again. A never ending loophole.

Rebirth, the ability to be reborn once again, over and over. With the price of suffering along with it. Coughing out blood occasionally, along with memory losses, your personality change, it was all because of that quirk.

But if you had no life energy, but with a rebirth quirk, it doesn't mean you would die. You would still continuously, or always, reincarnate. Only with a weak life energy, low stamina, low health, practically a lump of weak limbs.

"What a load of bullshit..." Rasping out your dry voice, you staggered and limped your way out of the field. It was painful, as if you had committed such sin, for Lucifer to punish you himself.

"Heroes are here to save people, not to inflict harm."

You silently sniggered to yourself, before your whole world started getting blurry and dark, as you were only able to overhear a certain trio, before collapsing.

Heroes? What a joke. They meant nothing.

Just because they saved others, doesn't mean they save everyone.

"She... about... faint!"

"(Y/N)! Can... hear... us?"

"MIRIO GO-"

"TAMAKI GET... NURSE!"

And with that, your whole world went blank.
