In the town of Karakura there is a unique girl named Emi Yume who on the outside is a normal person, but in reality there is nothing normal about her. Emi is a witch and the last in the Yume clan. The only problem is that she doesn't have no self defense and has to protect herself from the hollows that attack her.

She was walking back from the store after buying the ingredients for tonight's dinner. She took a shortcut in a alley that leads to her apartment. "Hey there cutie if you come with me I promise to give you a good time." A man came out from in between two buildings.

Emi ignored him and continued to walk. "Hey I'm talking to you bitch!" He yelled grabbing her wrist, holding it tight. She was about to put a spell on him to control him when someone spoke from behind her.

"It's rude to put your hands on a pretty little lady." The stranger spoke in a singsong-y way. "Mind your damn business this doesn't concern you!" The man gripping Emi's wrist spat out.

"You should leave now if you don't want to die." The man behind Emi said in a dark tone with a dark look in his eyes.

Emi's pov

The man grabbing my wrist was shaking and scared of the unknown person behind me. He ran away scared and tripped a few times. I glanced behind me to see what he was afraid of. He had a evil glint in his eyes that were covered by a green and white hat. "Little ladies like you shouldn't be alone at this time of night" The stranger spoke up before I could get a word out.

"Shut up! It's not like I needed your help anyways. I could have handled him on my own." I spat out angrily and walked away before he could say anything else.

1 month later

Emi and the strange man met many times during the previous month. The first time after the alley meeting was when a hollow attacked Emi when she was about to kill it he came and did it for her.

The second time was when she walked in to his shop and bought some snacks. She then learned his name was Kisuke Urahara but she didn't tell him her name. The third time was when he showed up to her apartment after finding out her name and where she lived.

4 months later

Slowly Emi found herself falling in love with Kisuke Urahara but didn't want to admit it. What she didn't know is that said person feels the same way. Emi was in the spirit world visiting a young child who she had known while she was still alive.

"I'm back Hina!" Emi yelled out to the child. "Mommy your back." Hina said happiness evident in her voice as she hugged the older females waist. Mommy is what Hina called Emi when she first found her. Hina was abandoned on the side of the road as a baby with no name.

Emi had found her when she was 5 years old on the brink of death. She had brought her food and clothes everyday for 6 months. During the 4th month Emi decided to name her Hina. Halfway through the 6th month Emi found Hina covered in bite marks and blood pooling around her cold, dead body.

Timeskip

Emi was back in the human world and was ready to eat dinner. In her kitchen lies a note on the counter with rose petals around it and a box of chocolates . She picked it up and it read,

Roses are red,
Violets are blue,
Love never crossed my mind,
Till the day I met you.
~ from your secret admirer

Under that it said to follow the rose petals. There was a trail of rose petals leading to her room. There was another note this time it said,

I want to be
Your moon,
Your sky,
Your dream,
Your everything.
P.s meet me where the moon shines the brightest

Emi knew where to go and she head straight to the place where the moon shines the brightest, the park.

Emi arrived at the park entrance and knew where to head after that. There was a hill that had a huge cherry blossom tree at the peak and there was an amazing view of the sky at nighttime.

At the top of the hill she spotted lit candles giving red and yellow colors mixing together making a soft glow, there is also a trail of roses that leads to the top. When she gets up there she sees a picnic blanket laid out with 2 wine glasses and a well dressed Kisuke as well.

Emi's pov

"Emi? You came?!" He said slightly surprised. "Of course I did. Why wouldn't I? I asked confused. "Oh..um no reason." Kisuke said rushed.

"Before you say anything else I have something important I want to say." He spoke seriously now. I nodded as telling him to go on.

"I didn't believe in love at all until I met you. When I first saw you my heart pounded slightly faster in my chest and I had a queasy feeling. The more I see you the stronger the feeling becomes. I would not expect myself to say these things at all in my life but when I met you my entire world changed. I know that you are a witch but that still won't change my feelings, so that is why I want to ask you, will you be my girlfriend?" Kisuke finished with a visible blush on his cheeks. My face was getting hotter the more he spoke and by the time he finished I believe I looked like a tomato.

10 years later

"And that's how we met and fell in love." I explained to mine and Kisuke's 7 year old son, Rin. After 4 years of being together we got married after we had our first kid. I placed a hand on my growing stomach. 'It's a dream come true.' I thought with a smile.
