Readers pov

I was on my period but I didn't tell anyone about it because I didn't want to worry the. Especially my sick boyfriend, Jushiro Ukitake. He is always worrying when something doesn't go right and it stresses him out had his sickness gets worse.

I thought I would be successful in hiding it from him till I am off but it didn't work. "(Name)-chan are you ok?" He asked concerned as of why I looked like I was in pain. "Yes I'm fine." I forced out fast before he could find out I was lying. I was having really bad cramps today.

"Are you on your period?" He asked raising his left eyebrow in suspicion. "No" I lied averting my eyes from his figure. "Your lying." He accused. "No I'm not!" I accidentally shouted giving him another hint that I was lying.

"Why didn't you tell me?" He asked softly looking down at me. "Because I..." I paused taking a deep breath, "...I didn't want to stress you out and make you spend time with me when you have work that needs to be done." I told him truthfully looking down in shame.

He said nothing but sat down next to me and hugged my figure. "Oh (Name) you could never waste my time and you know that." I slowly wrapped my arms around him. We sat like that for some minutes in a comfortable silence before he broke it saying he will go make me some tea.

He brought back a tray with 2 cups of green tea with some cookies on it as well. He sat the tray down on the table and passed me the cup.

Nobody's pov

(Name) softly blew on the tea to cool it off before taking slow sips. She ate some of the cookies before sipping her tea again. It relived her of the pain in her lower abdomen. She and her boyfriend went to the room and were laying in bed together.

(Name) was getting her belly rubbed by Jushiro and other things. "(Name)?" The silence was broken by Jushiro. "Yes?" She asked. "I love you." He said softly with a light blush coating his cheeks. (Name) giggled quietly and pecked his rosy cheek and replied, "I love you to."
