Dave in media

"Someone got her before she could."

Aria
"You embarrassed the hell out of me tonight." I said as we walked through the door.

"You embarrassed me too. All on that nigga dick like he's Michael Jackson."

"How was I on his dick? You're being over dramatic."

"Oh, oh my God I just love your voice can you sing to me while you fuck me August? Please?" Dave mocked me.

"Fuck you Dave. You call me childish but I'm aways the one being mature." I jumped at the sound of his laughter echoing off the walls.

I turned around to see him bent over the counter, laughing.

"What the fuck is so funny?"

Nothing I said was funny. This is what I mean about the childish shit.

"You... being... being mature?" He continued to laugh. I shook my head, pushing him further into the kitchen.

"Yes Dave. I'm always the mature one. Grow up." He laughed even harder.

"You know that's a damn lie. You're childish as hell." I scoffed.

"Am I childish when I take care of your son for days at a time when you decide to run off to Utah? Or when I'm dropping him off to his mama's house who fucking hates me? Or how about when-.."

"Shut the fuck up Aria." He hissed, throwing back a shot, leaving the kitchen.

"You know I'm right." I said taunting him.

"I'm more mature than you. You're just a big ass kid." I smirked following him up the stairs.

"That's why you have nothing to say. You just-.."

"SHUT THE FUCK UP!!" He yelled, causing me to jump.

"You showing how fucking childish you are right now. Someone who knows they're right, not gonna keep repeating it. You tryna' prove it to yourself. You dead wrong Aria. I'm just not gone keep explainin' simple shit to you." He turned his back, going up the stairs.

I didn't respond. I listened to him slam the door as I walked into the movie room.

"You were a lil' friendly A." Janay said as she pulled out our food from Juicy Crab.

I huffed.

"I just don't get how. He's one of my favorite artists."

"Yea, but you don't have to keep telling him."

"Dave knows I'm crazy about him. I don't know why he's acting like a jealous little kid." I said waving her off.

"It's just the principle A." She sighed. I didn't respond.

"I be forgetting how old you are sometimes."

"Why the fuck does everybody keep bringing up my age?" I was fed up at this point.

Her and Dave both love throwing my age up in my face every time I disagree with them. My age hasn't stopped nobody from being in my face. Now, I'm too childish.

"I'm not throwing it in your face. It just explains why you act the way you do."

"How do I act?"

"Like you know everything. You always wanna be right, even when you know you're not. And you don't like to look at situations from other people's perspectives."
