"Hey Jaehyun, how have you been" I give a smile holding my wrist
"Oh my god Y/n I'm so sorry I didn't see you" he says kneeling down to me "is your wrist okay?" He asks trying to grab it
I pull my wrist back "It's fine don't worry about me" I laugh awkwardly "haha it's nice seeing you" I quickly get up but bump my head into Jaehyun "ow" I say rubbing my head
"Oh are you okay?" Jaehyun asks grabbing my head
"I'm fine, I promise" I say and get on my feet without hurting myself or him.
"Well how have you been y/n? It's been forever" he goes to hug me
I freeze and quickly hug him back "it's been really good actually" I smile into his embrace.
It's been so long since I've seen him and I forgot how sweet and nice he is. Not to mention how good he smells.
"We should catch up! It's been so long are you busy today?" He asks
"Uhm yeah kinda" I smile sheepishly
"Oh well I guess I can't ask you to spare some time for coffee" he grabs his neck
"Uh I think I have a bit of time to spare" I smile looking at my phone
I have an hour to spare. I was gonna spend it with Brian but it won't hurt to spend 20 min with an old friend.
Jaehyun smile and he turns towards the JYP building and we walk the back streets so he isn't scene with some random girl going out for coffee.
"So did you change your number?" He asks out of nowhere
"Yeah. After I moved I pretty much left everything behind" I look down
"Do you ever miss us" he asks looking at me
"Yes." I say head hanging down
"What happened?" He asks
I look at him and smile "let's not get into it right now" I smile
He nods "I'm sorry I didn't mean to be so obsessive"
"It's fine I'd be asking questions too" I say looking at him
He nods and we continue walking till I see the familiar street.
The street with SM and the coffee shop that I and Taeil use to go to. I take a deep breathe.
"Oh is this okay? I forgot about it" Jaehyun stops before we get to the small shop
"No it's fine. I'm glad to be back here" I say lying.
"Okay if you get uncomfortable at any point please feel free to leave" Jaehyun opens the door to the shop and we both walk into the empty coffee shop.
Jaehyun orders for himself and me. I was surprised he still remembers my order?
"Wow Im surprised you still remember" I laugh grabbing myself hot drink
"How could I forget" he giggle and we sit down at a table
"So what did you wanna talk about?" I ask
"Can I invite you to our big event" he asks staring into my eyes hopeful
"Uhm Jae I don't know" I say feeling anxious
"If you don't want to that perfectly fine" he smiles
"It's just I have a boyfriend now and I don't think he'd be to fond of me going to a event with all guys and my ex" I say playing with my cup
