Marinette's Path to True Love

Chapter 7: Small Changes to Marinette's Life

Early in the morning, Marinette wakes up to a notification, that Paris is once more under attack. With no time to lose, she gets ready and transforms into Ladybug! Already at the scene, Viperion and Chat Noir are fighting with Mr. Pigeon. Ladybug stands beside them as Mr. Pigeon threatens to take over Paris.

Viperion greets, "Hi Ladybug!" *He blows a flying kiss.* "Hello my lovely lizard!" Ladybug quickly realises how she had called Viperion differently, as Chat Noir does to her.

She turns to see Chat Noir, who seemed less aware of her than always. "Hi Kitty!" "Oh, hello Ladybug."

"What's with these villains in the early morning?" sighs Ladybug. She activates her lucky charm as Viperion distracts the pigeons with his harp playing. They both easily defeat Mr. Pigeon, as Chat Noir just watches while in deep thought of his current love life.

"Is everything good Chat?" asks Viperion. "It's fine, it' just too early." *He fakes a yawn.* "Are you still upset about the whole....ummmm... Ladybug and you situation?" "Uhhh....no. I think I found a new girlfriend though I still need to come up with a way to ask her out*." "Ok, then. Just know, you can always come to us if you need help. We're still your friends. "Ok, sure." Of course, he didn't think he would need to ask them for help. "Pound it, now Chat out."

Ladybug and Viperion are left alone with a confused Mr. Ramier. Viperion comes and hugs Ladybug then and whispers, "You're the smartest person I know, no one else can come up with such brilliant plans." They smile at each other and kiss. "I'll take Mr. Ramier back Ladybug, you're about to time out!"

Marinette goes home and detransforms. She goes back to sleep, while thinking about how Luka is like a dream of a boyfriend to her.
