A few days later

"And look who's awake" Max said as he came

"Jeez how long was I out?" Zara asked

"A few days, me and Zariyah spent that time teaching me english and training" Max said

"Shes done amazingly" Zara said and sat up and took the glass of water

"You know they had a tube feeding you for two days and they took it out yesterday in hope you would take up within the next week" Max said

"That's why it kills. Well my powers keep me from feeling too much pain Luckily" Zara said

"Powers?" He asked

"Serum... its enhanced all my abilities" Zara explained

"Right, I'll to find Mr Banner" Max said and left Zara for a minute then Bruce came in with Max and Bucky.

"Hey" Bruce said

"Hi Bruce, Bucky" Zara said

"So how long have you been awake?" Bruce asked and looked at the monitors

"A few minutes" Zara said and Bucky looked amazed yet upset
"What's up grumpy?" Zara asked

"Wished Nat could see you" He said and the heart monitors started beeping like mad as Zara panicked by what he said

"Zara" Bruce said trying to calm her

"Buck what do you mean?" She asked as Bruce tried to stabilise her

"Oh no Zara, shes alive still, she is just out of town" Bucky said and Zara rested her head back and her heart slowed down

"Thank god" she said

"Zara I'm sorry I made you panic" Bucky said as he rested his metal hand on her forehead and she cooled down

"Its alright" She said and he wiped away her tear.

"Shes calm" Bruce said
"I want you to stay for another two days then you can leave" Bruce added

"Really?" She asked

"Deadly serious" Bruce said

"I'll stay here for a while with her, Max go tell Zari the news" Bucky said and Max left.

"Ill go tell the others" Bruce said and Bucky nodded and left the two alone

"So why did Nat leave?" Zara asked

"Holiday. I told her to so she went with Hill and Pepper for a week vacation, she left the day you went in" Bucky said

"I heard her crying Buck" Zara said

"I know, but I also knew you would be alright because you're a fighter" Bucky said

"You still cried this morning though, your eyes are puffy" Zara said as she smiled

"Yeah well my future sister in law was almost dead but hey you made it" Bucky said

"Wait! Future sister in law?" Zara asked

"When Nat comes back I'm gonna propose" he said

"Oh my gosh! Bucky congratulations!" She said and hugged Bucky as much as she could move.

"Thanks Z, wanna help me prepare it?" Bucky asked

"Yeah! I can prepare a few things just being grounded here doesn't help too much" she said

"I was gonna take her to the flower patch-"

"Nope, boy she hates that flower patch" Zara said

"She does?"
