Zara arrived and smiled at who she saw
"Hey, long time no see" Zara said
"Likewise Z" the person said
"Come in, they think it was something dangerous so we are alone for a while" Zara explained
"Well, I am pretty terrifying"
"Never gets old English" Zara said
"Thank you" the person said as the two walked inside
"Impressive, just like nan wanted it to be"
"Well pegs beliefs inspired me to get this started up really" Zara explained
"Still, imagine being named after your grandfathers home city" the person said
"Yeah well good old man still is at the compound Brooklyn" Zara said
"I know, how is he?"
"Being Cap as usual"
"I'm glad. One thing father hates the most is talking about his parents. I'm lucky I have you" Brooklyn answered
"And Stark. He is your godfather"
"I know Z, I spoke to him last week when you were out, I came here and saw you and him" Brooklyn explained
"Alright, well you can stay here and we can talk tonight but I have to go back, my stuff with May" Zara said
"Call her, she is alright to know Z" Brooklyn said and Zara nodded
"Hey May, can you drop my stuff off. Everything is fine" Zara asked
"Sure, I'll say goodbye and tell the 3 to meet me at yours"
"Just you May, its has to be just you" Zara said
"Alright then" May said and grabbed all Zaras stuff and brought them to Zaras place
"Who's that?" May asked as she saw Brooklyn
"May, this is Brooklyn Carter. Peggy and Steve's grandchild"
"Wait really?" May asked and Zara nodded
"She was the emergency?" May then asked
"Its a box outside only Brooklyn knows where its hidden and it's her way of letting me know shes here as she can't risk Steve knowing. Only me, Fury, Coulson and Tony know" Zara said
"Howcome?" May asked
"Because of Steve. He doesn't know yet about her because of the series of events yet to come. Time travel" Zara sorta explained
"Right" May said unsure how to answer
"Its a long story" Zara said knowing what's about to happen in the next week.
"Sounds like it" May said
One week later
The team all were gathered around in a circle.
"Are we going to do it?" Tony asked
"Yes, he deserves it" Steve said
"He does but someone here needs to help with that, Steve you could always go back in time. This has three runs so maybe go say hi to Peggy, grab him then come home" Zara suggested
"Alright, I'll be back in a minute" Steve said and vanished.
"You encouraged him to see Peggy?" Tony asked and Zara nodded
"You know why" Zara said and he nodded understanding about Brooklyn.
"So is it true?" Wanda asked running through the door
"Wait one second" Zara said then Steve came back looking a mess
"Looks like he did more than say hi" Clint said looking at the state of Steve and they all laughed then saw him
"Peitro!" Wanda said and ran up to him and hugged him tightly
"It worked" Tony said
"Told you" Zara said while the twins cried while hugging another.
"Let's take you two outside" Clint said
"Catch me first old man" Peitro said ams picked up Wanda and ram her outside
"Quick little bastard" Clint said and ran out after them just so much slower.
"So you and Peggy huh?" Zara teased Steve
"You knew?" Steve questioned
"Me and Tony had some idea per say" Zara said
"Explain" Steve demanded.
"Your grandchild is my goddaughter" Tony answered
"Wait really?"
"Really Steve, she one of my closest friends. I've helped keep her completely off grid from everyone. Only me, Tony, Fury and a friend knows" Zara said remembering Steve wasn't there the day Coulson came and he wished to tell Steve on his own accord.
"What's she like?" Steve asked
"Just like her grandpa but more like her Nan" Zara said and laughed
"Doesn't surprise me" Steve said and they all went out to see Wanda and Pietro. The two were laughing and catching up then Wanda smiled
"Pietro meet Zara, Natasha's sister" Wanda said
"Ah nice to meet you Zara" Pietro said
"Likewise, I've heard a lot about you since I met Wanda" Zara said
"So you know old man here very well" Pietro said looking at Clint
"Yep Barton was apparently the one to get the call when Nat, Tony, Steve, him and Thor saved my ass from HYDRA" Zara said
"A lot a like, they saved me and then I died for the old man" Pietro said
"Poor you" Zara stated
"Hey!" Clint said offendedly
"Sorry not sorry Barton"
"I liked you Z"
"And you still do Barton no denying it" Zara laughed as she sat down next to Wanda
"Hey why don't we show quicksilver around the compound?" Wanda suggested
"I have to go to mine with Stark for a while" Zara said reading a message on her phone
"Alright, it's fine" Wanda said slightly disappointed
"Come on" Zara said to Tony and the two left to Zaras and saw Brooklyn
"What the hell have you got into B?"
"I'm sorry Zara" Brooklyn said, she was all punched up and injured
"You owe us an explanation" Tony said as three walked to the medical room so Zara started to clean her up.
"I was walking back from the store then some random people jumped me" Brooklyn said
"Say that without lying to me, Brooklyn I trained you when I found you in Russia when I was 7 and you were 12 all alone" Zara said
"I know Z! It's just complicated" Brooklyn said
"Fine well your ass stays here until it's not!" Zara yelled and poured ethanol on the wounds making Brooklyn wince in pain
"I have to agree with Zara" Tony said
"So my sister by a blood ritual and my godfather are ganging up on me" Brooklyn said
"That blood ritual was mainly for your safety. You used up the demands it gave you yet I haven't handed in a single one yet" Zara reminded her
"I'm sorry Z" Brooklyn said
"You better be" Zara answered and left the room with Tony locking the door behind her.
"Blood ritual?" Tony questioned
"A small thing we done after a year of knowing each other" Zara explained
"Be careful though, don't get too mad otherwise she won't forgive you later" Tony reminded her
"I know, don't tell me twice" Zara said
