present time.

Shades point of view:

After exiting the canteen I took a sharp left then 250 meters after I took a right. I ran at least 300 meters before taking a left. I stopped to make sure I was on the right track but before I could take even a glance at my phone I heard A-Jack's voice.

"SHADES OVER HERE IT'S ME A-JACK. HURRY UP I NEED HELP."

I knew it was serious when he asked me for help. A man like him has to much pride to ask for help. People like him swallow their pride only to help others. Meaning someone else was in danger. I sprinted towards him and was astonished by what I saw. Yuno was on the ground and she was bleeding. She had a kunai in her guts and she was feverish and pale. I turned towards A-Jack and yelled at him:

"WHY DID'NT YOU MOVE HER TO THE INFIRMARY. IT'S NOT BECAUSE YOU CAN'T GET THROUGH THE DOOR THAT SHE CAN'T." A-Jack then grabbed me by the  collar and yelled:

"I COULD NOT MOVE HER WITHOUT HER INJURY GETTING WORSE. LOOK AT WHERE THE KNIFE WOUND IS SITUATED AT. IF I HAD MOVED HER ON MY OWN SHE WOULD BE DEAD BY NOW."

I hate to admit it but on second notice he was right. She got stabbed at the liver. Moving her would have put her body into shock. The person that stabbed her knew what he was doing. The person probably had some sort of medical knowledge. For now, that was not important. Getting her to the infirmary was our top priority.

" A-Jack listen to me well and do not stutter understood."

He automatically answered: "Don't worry."

"Go get us something to lift her with. A table, a wood plank anything that can help us put to get her on her back. Then come back with it. Meanwhile, I'll make sure her condition does not deteriorate. NOW G-"

He had left before I could even tell him to go. At least he was kind of fast on his feet. Now to make sure she does not die. I knew that what I was about to do was going to hurt her immensely. But I had no choice. I ripped out a piece of cloth from my clothes and made sure it was sanitary. Afterward, I laid Yuno on her back and made sure she was still breathing. Here vitals were weak but she was still fighting.

"Yuno, it's me, Carter, don't sleep. Listen I'm going to take out the knife and stop the bleeding. So ready yourself. It will hurt."

I then put my hand on the knife and yanked it out. The scream that followed was painful to hear. It echoed through the hallways as if to whisper to her assailant that she was suffering.
