warrior of the force (REX X OC)

Chapter 40

It's been a few hours since we captured maul,and arrested mandalorians that worked for him.once we bring him in we're gonna question him what he knows about sidious.but for now, Rex called for ahsoka and I to talk to yoda and windu.

Once we got there their holograms were on and they looked at us as we walked in "I understand your mission was a success" mind said.

I nodded "yes we have maul in custody I will escort commander Rex when de delivers him to corasaunt"

"In great service to the republic you have done" yoda says to ahsoka.

"I did my duty as a citizen" she replied

"Not as a Jedi"

Ahsoka frowns remembering she left the Jedi "no, not yet"

I put my hand on her shoulder for support then looked at our masters "actually I was hoping to speak withgeneral skywalker"

"I sent him to inform the chancellor that general grievous has indeed been located in utapau." Wine tells me.

"Master kenobi?" I  akesd remembering that he mentioned that he was in utapau.

"Engaged the enemy he has" yoda replied.

"Then the war could be over soon"

"That depends on the chancellor" wine said crossing his arms.

"What do you mean?"Ahsoka asked curiously.

Windu looks at her "I'm sorry citizen. These matters are for the Jedi council to discuss"

She nods "I understand"

Then all the other jedis got off the holograms except for yoda who looks at me like I hav empire to say "Gamora, more to say, have you? A message for skywalker perhaps?"

There so many things about anakin that I want to say but I just couldn't let it out after what's happening. I shook my head "no,Master thank you. I'll tell him myself when I see him."

He nods "may the force be with you, my young padawan" then he hangs up.

There are so many things going through my head, I have so many questions that needs answers. But it'll have to wait. Rex walks up to me in concern "you didn't tell them what maul said about general skywalker."

I turned to face him and shook my head "no, I didn't"

"But there's something else on your mind?" Ahsoka asked putting her hand on my shoulder.

I nodded and looked at them with a frown on my face. I took a deep breath and finally said the words "I'm pregnant!" They both looked at me surprised as I continued"Rex, I was gonna tell you sooner but this war has gotten in our minds. I know being a Jedi would be very difficult it would get us both in trouble."

They looked at each other then back at me as Rex spoke "Gamora, I don't care what the Jedi or the republic thinks if they found out. I will love you till my death and the child" he touches my stomach with his free hand not holding his helmet "I hope they're as beautiful as you are. And I will love them as I love you." My heart began to melt by his words as he gestures me to a hug.

I looked to see ahsoka smiling "I'm proud of you, both of you." I nodded her showing my thanks.

Later bo katan and her toups walks towards us with maul in a box that he can't get out of. I walked up to her while they put maul on the ship "impressive, I suspect even maul couldn't get out of there."
