Melancholic

Clouds are clouding up the atmosphere,
An idicutive that a storm is coming;
The darkness slowly crept in
As the sky started to cry.
The sound of the pouring rain filled the empty room
Then it breaks the eternal silence
As thunder claps and lightning strikes.
This horrific phenomena gave me a taste of reality–
It's not always sunny day,
Winter is also present in summer.
Spring does not guarantee that every flower blooms.
Rain, rain don't go away...
Come and give me company,
Drown me 'til it hurts no more;
Fill me and wash away the pain I bear.
Rain, rain hear me out...
Could you hear my heart's plea?
A song of a soul in agony,
Asking to live for another day.
Rain, rain come and stay,
Stay with me even for a day.
Stay and lull me to slumber
Stay until I have gain my strength
And when there is pain no more,
Wake me when the storm is over.
