As they showed us to our rooms, the boys are sharing and I get my own, courtesy of Eugene, I couldn't help but let my eyes wander. I've always wanted to stay in the castle but it was way to expensive.
It was everything I've ever dreamed of and more. When we got to the rooms and given our keys, those were even more spectacular. I had a single queen sized bed and I had to wait until I was alone to squeal and run and jump on it.
The comforter was like silk and feathers. The bed was super soft and I sank it. Heaven.
I was having so much fun just laying in the bed, I almost didn't hear someone knock at the door. I reluctantly got up and made my way to the door.
I opened it and Eugene and Adrian stood there, both grinning.
"Absolutely not," I said and tried to close the door. They stopped me.
"Come on Lena, lets have some fun," Adrian wiggled his way into my room. Eugene did the same thing. Both were starting to get annoying.
"Fine!" I said and grabbed my key. We made our way out into the parks. It was definitely a hot day. Middle of summer in Florida.
As we walked around, Eugene snagged us a map. "Where should we go first?" He asked.
"I wanna pick first!" Adrian and I said at the same time.
"You two definitely are twins," Eugene laughed.
As Adrian and I bickered over who wanted to go first, we walked along the main road, stopping to look at the shops.
"But I wanna go to space mountain," I stamped my foot.
"Well I wanna see the animals," he stamped his foot as well.
"Children we can see it all. We will be here for days," Eugene chuckled.
"Stay outta this!" Adrian and I yelled together.
Then we all started laughing. We were acting like kids.
We flipped a coin and Adrian won. So we ended up in the Animal Kingdom. And it was amazing. I love animals. But it still doesn't beat space mountain.
We had lunch at a nice cafe and enjoyed each other's company. Adrian kept stealing my fries and I kept stealing his drink.
"You two seriously have no boundaries, do you?" Eugene asked, watching as we just stole each other's food. We glanced at one another and then back at him.
"You mean you don't have siblings?" Adrian asked.
"I do. I have two sisters and a brother. But we've never done anything like that before. We hardly even talk," he shrugged and leaned back in his seat.
"Oh you poor thing. So neglected of the livelihood of having proper sibling companionship," I fake cried.
"So young and so neglected," Adrian fake cried as well. We fell into each other as sobbing messes to add for affect.
"Knock it off you two," Eugene laughed and we went back to completely normal people. "We just haven't been close. Our parents sent us all to different schools and we are all busy with our lives. I think it's rare that siblings are able to spend as much time together as you two do. It's honestly impressive. It's like you two never fight."
"We don't fight," I said. Adrian nodded and handed me a fry. I ate it willingly.
"Like never? Even as kids?"
We both thought about it. Then shook our heads.
"Never," we replied together.
"That's amazing. To have twins, a boy and a girl, and they never fight? Truly amazing. You two are rare indeed. Glad I get you all to myself," Eugene grinned.
