After a few minutes of crying none stopping I finally gathered all the energy left in me and stood up heading back with my face fixed on the floor I didn't even bother to wipe the dirt off of my pants and just kept walking emotionless, like a zombie.

After another few minutes I was finally in front of the door, I knocked and waited for someone to open, few seconds later and footsteps rushing towards me were heard I knew it was Ashley.

She finally opened the door with her usual cheerful smile on her face but it dropped as soon as she saw me, without questioning me knowing I'm not in the mood to talk she pulled me in a hug comforting me whispering some words inside my ear like 'everything's gonna be ok' or 'just cry it all out you'll feel better'

After I calmed down a bit and wiped my tears away I gived her a weak smile and thanked her then we went upstairs to her room, I told her everything that happened every detail and showed her the pictures, then once again without me noticing I cried again on the other hand she just sat there beside me listening.

when I finished my story she hugged me tightly like she doesn't wanna let go then I felt something wet on my shirt I looked over and saw her crying when I was about to speak up she interrupted me saying "I'm so sorry, this is all my fault" I knew exactly what she was talking about but I felt bad seeing her feeling guilty, I tried to convince her that it wasn't her fault but she kept on denying it.

Ashley's POV

~Flashback~

When Thomas and Kaori went on their date celebrating the valentine's day, me and Lilly went to the grocery store to buy a few things for the Disney marathon that we planned on doing tonight, as we got to the ice cream section Lilly spotted her favorite candy at the end of the hallway.

I told her to go and grab whatever her heart desire warning her to not talk to any strangers or go anywhere away from my sight and said that'll grab few buckets of ice cream and follow her, it was only a minute till I finished my business yet somehow it was enough to make her disappear I looked around all the market searching for her but she wasn't anywhere to be seen.

I asked the manager if he could check the cameras but unfortunately they weren't working and that's when all this mess happened if I only have been more careful then I wouldn't have seen my best friend like this, it hurts me to see sorrow in her eyes, she didn't deserve this, any of it.
