summary: after meeting each other, y/n and jeongguk were infatuated with each other. but after a short while, y/n starts noticing weird things happening around her. constantly feeling like she's being watched and getting weird anonymous notes. meanwhile, jeongguk notices weird things too. upon his father's arrival from abroad, his anger seems to skyrocket and he begins flipping out on everyone, even y/n.

y/n sat down at her lunch table and began to eat with her friends.
"hey guys! what's up?"
y/n smiled as she opened her milk carton.
" i think we all know that the real question is what's up with you?"
alexis quirks a brow and looks y/n in the eye. y/n looks confused as she drinks some of her milk.
"a little birdy told us about you and jeongguk."
reneè says with a smirk.
y/n rolls her eyes.
"can we not talk about him? i'd rather talk about something that doesn't switch up on you like that."
y/n snaps her fingers at the end of her sentence.
"i mean seriously, it's not funny. one minute he's okay and fun and the next he's rude and distant. it's seriously annoying."
y/n rolls her eyes again and scoffs.
her friends look at each other and laugh.
y/n rolls her eyes again and continues to eat her food, stealing silent glances at jeongguk's table now and then.

school was out for the day and y/n had some errands to run. noah hadn't gone to school that day so she had to go to the store by herself.
she got into noah and her's shared vehicle and started on her way to the store.
while she was driving, she noticed somebody was tailing her. it looked to be one of the cars from the school parking lot.
y/n looked closer and gasped in realization. it was jeongguk's car.
