Instead of going back to the conference room, I just went to the practice room, even if the meeting is still ongoing, I should spend more time on practicing than getting dragged into this situation and for the fact that the CEO will pick one trainee from us in the upcoming Monthly Evaluation to be the New Member of Dominantés adds up to the reason. I don't care anymore, I am willing to get the backlash as long as I will debut that shit won't stop me from grabbing this opportunity Mr.Yang offered. It is better to give the cold-shoulder to those people than giving them the attention they want.

Twisting the doorknob, I entered the room, turned on the speakers and played some funky music, I warmed up again, and stretched some muscles before practicing the song we'll perform for the coming evaluation. "This will all go well Daehwan, just believe in yourself" I motivated myself and finishing off my warm-up and stretching, I stood up to switch the music to the one we will perform.

I prepared myself to perform then I played the song, I also set up my phone to take a video of me while I am performing to monitor both my dancing and vocals because most of my lines here in the song are vocally-inclined. Hyunsik wanted to rap so I just gave him that position and adjusted myself to sing again. Basically, Beomwon and I will be on the Vocal Line.

The choreography in this song requires great energy control, fluidity consistency, and maybe some flexibility at certain parts, the center for this performance is Jaehyuk which is pretty much acceptable since that boy is so much different when performing and not, it is as if he turns into a different person and he suits this concept more than any of us.

Every time we decide on our position we respect each other's decision, though the leader always gets the last word which is Seunghun and as the eldest of the group I always try to manage each situation very well, even if it goes bad or not, I am always the one who concludes every meeting. For this performance, we are going to perform Kick it by NCT 127 and I got most of the lines because of my stability when performing that's why even if I am not the center I will work hard to get their attention to my parts since we decided to make the distributions fairer so we can get the center time we deserved.

After working our group evaluation, I also practiced my Solo Performance for the fact that in every monthly evaluation the CEO requires an Individual Performance and I decided to perform a song by Sunmi which is Lalalay for the reason that I think the performance of this song is powerful and charismatic especially on the hook where she executes the pelvic thrusts, with her awesome facial expressions, the presentation, and all blends up so well. This will also be my edge on the other trainees since most of the trainees will perform the male songs.

I heard some murmuring outside the room and some footsteps coming here, well maybe the meeting's already done. The door swung open and three males entered the place, they saw me and just stared at me blankly. I just shrugged them off, they have seen this coming, I wiped my sweat and turned off the music, stopped the video, kept my phone, and went back to them as they were gathering already in the center, sitting on the floor and forming a circle, I sat beside Seunghun. "Where's JB?"I asked him. "Mr.Yang decided to let him be with his family for some time, don't worry he'll be back soon so he can catch up to our performance."

"Yah! Daehwan you just ditched another conference! Don't let us review the meeting for you again! It is not our fault you didn't stay there to listen about the discussion more! I tell you! There are more things you didn't know about when you excused yourself! We tackled so many things, it was so tiresome and I don't have time to tell it to you!" Jaehyuk said while Seunghun and I just laughed with his failed prank which made him annoyed even more.

"Why are you laughing?! You don't believe me?! Yah! Seunghun! Why won't you scold him? So unfair leader" he added, which made us laugh even more, but Hyunsik just seemed serious all the time that it bothered me. "Next time, when you pull a prank, work hard on your acting so that you can be more believable" Seunghun jokingly said to Jaehyuk which made him frown.

The leader noticed Hyunsik, "What's the matter Hyunsik? You're full of thoughts, mind to share it?" Seunghun asked as he looked at the man with his eyebrows furrowed. "I just thought that, why are we doing this? I've been training for years and years, waited patiently for my time to debut, but Mr.Yang will just pick someone from us to replace a "dead member" of a group, I didn't train for this shit to become a replacement member. He can just eat the opportunity, he's offering because I will not grab it, I will still perform with you all though and will still give my best but if he picks me up I won't accept it." Hyunsik said which his words hit me, I want to be picked while he doesn't we have different views in this situation, but I respect him for that because he also got a point.

"You know we have different opinions in this situation, you don't want to debut as a spare member for that group, but maybe some of us want to...Maybe some of us badly want to debut now and can't longer wait patiently... We still need to respect them for that because that's their decision and we have no choice but to accept that.., Understand that Hyunsik?" Seunghun said gently while looking straight on Hyunsik's eyes. He looked at each and one of us before adding up to what he said, "Whoever gets picked between us, let's just be happy and proud of that trainee okay? In the meantime, let's just practice for our group's performance so we can give our 100% better when performing it, Got it?"

We nodded as a response and smiled to him, we are so lucky to have him as a leader and God knows how much I am so proud of him. "Just do your best boys, remember that even if you are all punks you got a place in my heart, it may sound cringe, but as your Hyung, I am so happy that I met all of you," I said wholeheartedly stopping myself from cringing. "That was worth a cringe Daehwan but I love you, bro!" Jaehyuk said wiping his fake tears. I just laughed at his acting and the others started bursting out their laughter too. "Argh! I am so hungry now, Jaehyuk order some foods now, it's on me!" I said while rubbing my stomach.
