"Y/N!" A familiar voice called out for me. I glanced at my back only to witness my dear lower classmen almost tripping on her own shoes. I chuckled at the sight, in result to her pouting at me instead. "Need something Misaki?" I raised a brow at the panting 1st year infront of me.That's Misaki Sayama, she's a 1st year from my club. I told her to drop the honorifics so that we'll both be comfortable at talking to eachother. She just transferred to Karasuno which makes sense since she is a first year.
Misaki's dark brown hair, slim body, and soft skin kinda made her popular around the other first years. I mean she already has suitors that are 2nd years as well, some even come to me just to ask information about her which is pretty funny and cute at the same time. Misaki isn't the smart type but she's good at Mathematics.
"Well, the Principal told me to tell you that we'll be interviewing the volleyball team today!" She exclaimed lively, a few students started to stare at us. Probably because of the noise she's making or that she's just that popular. "Really? Good thing I brought my camera today" I added, smirking.
"I'm so excited and nervous! I'm finally gonna be able to interview the volleyball team! I've always loved interviewing skilled athletes!" She squealed, catching more attention from the people walking by us. I could only sweat drop at Misaki. I know Misaki well enough, she's probably the most excited human being ever but also extremely nervous as well.
I myself isn't that nervous anymore since I've gotten used to interviewing students nowadays especially with the volleyball club raising and going against Shiratorizawa Academy which is one of the best schools around. I was supposed to study there but I ended up choosing Karasuno for an unknown reason, I guess I just felt like it.
Me and Misaki continued walk pass the stares and whispers. Of course people wondered how the 'popular' Misaki decided to hang around with the 'shadow' girl of Karasuno High School? Honestly I don't know either but I'm extremely thankful for Misaki for helping me push myself out of my comfort zone which earned me a few friends here and there.
Misaki and I chatted and laughed as the usual. We we're quite a noisy pair. It was break time and we we're also excused by the principal so that we could interview our team without any distractions from teachers. Luckily the volleyball team we're also excused to practice more for the nationals.
I still wonder if Ennoshita is still there. Although I believe I don't have any feelings for him anymore, which will be easier for me to take photos of him without becoming into a blushing or stuttering mess which I usually am.
Misaki and I arrived at the club room. We grabbed our stuff that we needed. Misaki's trusty little strawberry designed notebook and ballpen, for me; I grabbed my Canon camera and a tiny notebook with little cherries on it plus a ballpen as well.
"Let's do this!" Misaki exclaimed as she hurried out of the club room, once again almost tripping on her shoes causing me to giggle at her clumsy actions. I could really tell this girl is extremely nervous and excited at the same time. Hopefully it won't affect the way she usually interviews random strangers.
