One Concert, Big Changes (1D Fanfiction)

Chapter 5

*Maddie's pov.*

It was like a dream. The minute we walked into the main area of the theatre we were greeted by pictures of our faces all over the walls. I could not believe the world famous boy band One Direction was looking so hard for us.

"Oh. My. God..." Felicia trailed off, her eyes wide.

"I know right! This is so exciting!" Katí squealed.

"Shhhh!" Felicia and I both shushed her. What was she thinking?

"Don't draw attention to yourself! Do you want to be mobbed by fans?!" I scolded the bubbly brunette.

"Kill joy," she pouted. I just rolled my eyes.

"Guys! Stop fighting! Let's just get inside theatre 9 where its dark so we won't be seen, k?" Felicia whisper shouted. Katí and I nodded.

"Wait! I want food!" I stated, pausing to eye the concession stand.

"We just ate a HUGE lunch like 15 minutes ago!" Katí pointed out.

"I know but I'm hungry still," I pouted.

"Fine. Tell me what you want. I look different from last night so I'll get the food," Felicia agreed. I decided on a large soda with a large popcorn and a box of candy. Katí got a small popcorn and a water. So did Felicia. Luckily no one noticed her. And yes, I did order the most, but hey, I love food. Felicia and Katí are always shocked because I never seem to gain weight from eating most of what I do.

We soon got in theatre 9. There were only 5 other people and we sat as far away from them as possible. I could have sworn though one of them sounded Irish. 

*Niall's pov.*

We had been in the theatre room 9 for 10 minutes. About 5 minutes before the movie started three girls came in with tons of food and they sat far away from us. "Hey, guys I'm hungry. Did we get any food?" I asked with hope.

"Nope," Liam said popping the 'p'.

"Aw! But I'm starving!" I began to complain. The other boys shushed me as the movie began and I slouched over, arms crossed. We were half way into the movie before I gave up. 

Suddenly, an idea popped into my head. Niall James Horan does not give up, especially when it comes to food. So, since I was sitting on the end I got up and made my way over to the girls in the corner.

As I approached I could hear them giggling and talking about the movie. When I got close enough to see them, stopped in my tracks. They looked familiar. Especially the one on the end. She had a beautiful smile; when I saw it I got butterflies. Woah! 

I shook off the fact I might know her and took a seat next to her. "Hey, uh, do you mind? My friends and I-" She stopped when she looked at me. Her eyes widened. Oh great! I didn't think about her being a fan. She was literally frozen.

"Um, are you ok?" I asked with concern.

"Yeah, I-I-I'm fine. You-y-you're N-Niall Horan..." she said in disbelief. I felt butterflies at the sound of her saying my name. Now that I was right next to her I noticed she had straight brown hair and gorgeous brown eyes. I felt myself getting lost in them.

"Wow," I said, "Has anyone ever told you how beautiful you are?" I asked her as she blushed a bright red. I felt my cheeks get warmer as well, as I realized what I had just said. 

"Hi, I'm Maddie, and no. Only my friends have. But thanks," she said as she smiled a dazzling smile.

"Well, hello, Maddie. I was wondering, do you mind sharing your popcorn? The lads wouldn't let me get any food on the way in," I explained.

"Hm, I really don't like sharing when it comes to food, but since you're THE Niall Horan, I guess I'll allow it," she smiled as handed me her bag of popcorn and her eyes twinkled. Man, this was my kind of girl. After we finished the popcorn I gave her my number and snuck back to where the boys were.

*Katí's Pov.*

"Hey who's Maddie talking to?" I asked Felicia.

"Oh, Niall Horan," she replied coolly. I was about to scream, but a hand quickly covered my mouth.

"Mpher mhep hgenpf!!!" I was having problems so I finally licked the hand, but it didn't pull away. After a few minutes, it was removed. "What was that for?!" I huffed.

"So you wouldn't ruin the moment," Felicia replied, her attention fixed on the movie. "Did you lick my hand?" she asked.

"Yes, yes I did," I smirked. "That will teach you not to silence my fangirling."

"Oh. Well, in that case..." Felicia picked up my hand and proceeded to lick it. "You should really stop your thoughts from writing themselves all over your face; that smirk gave you away," She laughed.

"NO, JIMMY PROTESTED!!!!" I yelled. I had forgotten we were at the movies and suddenly the five boys on the other side of the theater looked up at us. I had figured they were One Direction considering Niall Horan had been there. They got up and made their way towards us.

I tried my best to contain my excitement. Calm down, Katí. You're only about to meet Harry Styles in person. 

"Katí what have you done?! They're going to find us and I don't want to be found." Felicia whispered urgently, pulling me out of my thoughts.

"Yeah, sure blame me." I pouted as they got closer. Harry didn't take his eyes off me the whole time. I felt a blush sneak onto my cheeks and I tried my best to play it cool.

"Hello ladies! Thought we would join you for the remainder of the movie. That is, if you don't mind," Louis said his eyes glued to Felicia who looked a little annoyed. What was wrong with her? THE Louis Tomlinson wanted to get to know her and she had the audacity annoyed.

Felicia was about to say something, but I jumped in. "Of course we don't mind!" I said moving over so Louis could sit next to Felicia. 

"Thank me later," I mouthed to her, but she just glared at me in response.

Harry sat himself right next to me and put his arm around me. I removed it and turned to him. "Sorry Styles, I'm not that easy," I replied. I saw the surprise on his face. Whoa, I just rejected Harry Styles! This was the best day of my life!

Sorry I didn't get to Liam's pov. I'll get it in the next chapter I promise and I'll have Zayn, too!
