One Concert, Big Changes (1D Fanfiction)

Chapter 4

*Louis' pov.*

~Previously~

Once I received my drink, I started on my walk back to the hotel. Thoughts of doubt and negativity filled my mind as I took small sips of my drink.

You will never find her. She's forever gone from your life. Just like Megan. You are failure when it comes to finding and keeping girls. Just stick to music.

I found them to be consuming as I walked down the street, I was suddenly interrupted by...

"Louis!? Is that you?!" I heard a girl's voice and I turned around. There she was. My mystery girl. The girl from my concert last night. The one I had felt a special connection with. She was there, right in front of me. I don't know what came over me. I ran up to her and crashed my lips to hers, but it was nothing like what I had been expecting. There was no spark...

Suddenly, she pulled back and I felt a stinging sensation on my cheek. I didn't understand until I looked at the girl again and came to the unfortunate realization that it wasn't my mystery girl at all. It was Megan, my ex. "What the hell is wrong with you?! Do you just run up to all your ex's and kiss them on the street?!" she said in her mildly annoying voice. I can't believe I dated her.

Another thing I couldn't believe is that I allowed my imagination to trick me like that. I need to find this girl, now! I also need to sleep. 

"Hello? Earth to Louis Tomlinson! Can you hear me?!" Megan whined, snapping her fingers in my face.

"Yes! Loud and clear! Happy I'm talking to you?! Or are you going to run and lie to your boyfriend, Drake again? That's what you did to me," I replied knowing the sarcasm was thick in my voice. With that I turned my back to her and left.

I cannot believe I just kissed Megan. The girl who broke me. She ruined me in the tabloids too. That was just now starting to clear up. See, Megan and I were a very happy couple. That is until she got the idea that I was gay. Being the intelligent person she is, she went out and cheated on me instead of coming to me and talking about it. I found out and dumped her. I hadn't been keeping tabs on her and couldn't, for the life of me, figure out why she would be in California.

I walked quickly back to the hotel. I need to get sleep or my mind is going to go crazy. Once I was inside the hotel, I walked to my room and locked the door. I sat on the couch and fell to sleep within seconds.

"Do you ever feel like a plastic bag, 

Drifting through the wind 

Wanting to start again? 

I jumped awake to the sound of Katy Perry's song Firework blasting in my ear. What the- "He's been awakened!!!" Harry shouted.

"Harry! I told you not to wake him up! He needs to sleep," Liam scolded from another room.

"Sorry, Dad," Harry pouted and dropped his head.

"WHAT DID YOU DO TO MY HAZZA BEAR?! YOU MADE HIM SAD!" I jumped up to comfort the Cheshire boy, who was now trying really hard not to laugh.

"Louis, you needed the sleep and he woke you up. Now go back to bed," Liam said, walking in and pulling out his phone.

"NO!!! JIMMY PROTESTED!" I yelled. To be honest, I felt better. Considering I had dreamt about my mystery girl. In the dream, we were both at the movies and we met. Her friends were there too. It was, I think the showing of the new Ice age movie. "I want some carrots," I said as I stood up and walked into the kitchen. I glanced at the clock and gasped. It said 1:30 PM. I slept for 5 hours.

"Well, I don't know about you, but he seems fine, Liam," Harry said playing innocent.

"Yeah, I noticed," Liam replied. Just then Niall burst in the room.

"Who wants to go to the movies?! I just got a huge deal on tickets for the new ice age movie. Its the 2:15 showing," Niall was content because he found something for us to do. We all shouted 'sure' and left.

*Felicia's pov.*

"Wow! You and Louis Tomlinson are totally meant to be together!" Katí shrieked. I had told her and Maddie about the dream and the boy who had come into Starbucks this morning. The moment I had seen him in person I knew who he was, and, to be honest, he was kind of cute. Wait! No, did I just say that?! He's a celebrity! I can't fall for him. I don't even know him and I never will.

"I don't think so. He probably isn't even looking for me anymore," I replied to Katí's fangirling.

"Felicia, look at me. He has posters, magazines, even fans looking for you. Now, this is just a hunch, but I think he still wants to find you," Maddie stated. She was such a good friend. So was Katí. They both had their words of wisdom when it was necessary.

"Wow, okay. Not like that takes long to process," I joked, "Let's just get inside and get our food and stuff before the movie starts, okay?" I said. They nodded and we went into the theatre. My eyes widened at what I saw. I couldn't believe what I was seeing.
