"Maybe we should check the shed?" "No, the killer could be there!"Class 1-A had settled on a horror movie. It had a little bit of what each person wanted and so everyone was slightly satisfied. Todoroki, Kirishima, Sero and Bakugo sat on the floor around the couches while everyone else was stuffed onto the seats remaining.
Uraraka was sitting next to Tsu and Momo, covering her eyes every time a jumpscare popped on screen. She hated but loved horror movies. It was a strange relationship that she had with them, but it worked for her. Tsu seemed to be unfazed though, staring blankly at the TV as if watching the news.
Everyone else was either clinging on to someone, covering their eyes, or just sat there bored. You pick who did what.
As the movie reached it's half way point, the popcorn bowl was now finished, as Bakugo had ate it all. Everyone complained, but quieted down when he started yelling and screaming. Deku quickly offered to make more, taking the bowl from Bakugo and running off to the kitchen before Bakugo could yell at him too.
"Why does he always have to yell..." Deku muttered to himself as he ripped the plastic wrap off a popcorn package and tossed it into the microwave, setting the time for 3 minutes. He sighed, and leaned against the counter, looking down at his hands. His eyes scanned over his scars on his right hand.
His mind flashed back to the training camp, and his battle with Muscular. That was a fight he would never forget. Deku's mind then drifted to Kota, and how he had been so against heroes, and quirks in general.
Deku's thinking was interrupted as the microwave beeped loudly, signaling the popcorn to be ready. He turned around and slowly picked up the piping hot bag of popcorn by it's corner, opening it and pouring the contents in the same red bowl. After he was done, he threw the bag away and returned to the common area, where he was almost tackled by Mina who grabbed the bowl away from him and began munching on the popcorn in the corner.
"Mina! You have to share!" Uraraka complained, trying to grip the bowl away from her. Mina just smacked her hand away playfully, stuffing more popcorn into her mouth. "Noo! This is mine, just go make yourself more!"
Uraraka sighed, giving up on taking the popcorn away from Mina, who had already ate almost half of it. She decided she would just go to the kitchen and make more, as she had suggested. As she made her way across the sea of people, she tripped on someone's foot, whoever it belonged to, and crashed into a confused Deku who had been trying to go back to his seat as well. Deku put his arm back, and caught himself as he landed on the floor, Uraraka landing right on top of him.
"Are you two okay?!" A worried and confused Iida asked as he rushed over. Both Uraraka's and Deku's faces were completely red, as she scrambled to get off of him. "Y-Yeah! I'm fine! Why wouldn't I be?" She rambled, talking at a fast pace.
Deku just nodded vigorously in agreement. "Y-Yep!" Mina almost choked on her popcorn, laughing. Things just seemed to keep working in her favor lately. "Ah, young love." She said, loud enough for only Tsu to hear her. Tsu just sighed.
Iida nodded, adjusting his glasses on his face. "Good. We can't have you two hurt, can we?" Deku just nodded, while Uraraka got back her composure, calming down. "Are you good?" She asked nonchalantly to Deku, trying to seem as if that little incident didn't faze her. He just nodded in reply, standing up.
"Ok good." She walked back to her spot, making sure no one's feet were in the way this time, and sat back down next to Tsu. Tsu just nodded, knowing what Uraraka was probably thinking.
"It's okay. I won't tell anyone."

After the movie ended, everyone seemed to want to watch another one, so they ended up spending the rest of the afternoon watching movies. At around 7pm, the last movie had finished, and some people decided they would turn in for the night.
Mina and Kaminari objected, wanting to spend the whole night doing whatever, as it was a Saturday. Kirishima, Bakugo, and Sero gave in, Bakugo taking a lot of persuasion from Kirishima to say yes.
Everyone else returned to their rooms to either get a head start on their sleeping routine, or just relax in the comfort of their own dorm.
Uraraka was walking towards the girls elevator, getting ready to head up to her room for a nap, when Deku jogged over to her, stopping her before she could go up.
"Oh, hey Deku. What's up?" Uraraka asked, looking around to make sure no one was listening. "H-Hey Uraraka...I was wondering if we could talk somewhere? In private? It's important." Deku responded nervously, fiddling with his hands. Uraraka noticed this, and nodded. "Sure. We can talk in my room, come on."
Deku didn't entirely know how he felt going back up to her room...alone with her, but he brushed it off. After a 1 minute elevator ride, they hopped off and walked inside Uraraka's dorm room.
"So, what did you want to tell me?" Uraraka asked him, sitting on the edge of her bed. Deku nervously sat down next to her, keeping his eyes on his hands.
He didn't exactly know how to bring a topic like this up, as it was such a big thing to ask. What if she wasn't thinking much about it like he was? What if she changed her mind and decided she didn't like him anymore? What would he do then?
Uraraka sighed, knowing full well what was happening. She placed one of her hands on top of Deku's which brought back his attention to her. He looked down at her hand on top of his and smiled softly. "You can tell me anything Deku."
Deku sighed, and decided he would man up and ask her already.
"Uraraka...what exactly are we now?"
Uraraka looked over at him, a confused look on her face. "What exactly do you mean?" Deku just shrugged, getting more nervous by the minute. "I-I just mean, what do we c-call this? Are we more than friends? Or do we act like nothing happened.."
Uraraka's eyes opened as she understood the nature of his question. "O-Oh. No, I don't want to be just friends. That's what we've been the whole school year Deku, and I want...more."
Deku looked over at Uraraka and saw her mood change. His face fell, as he pushed his head in his hands. "Ack, I'm sorry Ochaco...I'm always doing this, ruining everything.."
Uraraka shook her head, instantly feeling bad. "N-No! That's not what I meant! You didn't ruin anything I swear!" Deku didn't budge. Uraraka had a worried expression written all over her face. She didn't know what to do now. She understood his question, but didn't exactly know how to answer it, as she had been wondering about it herself.
Uraraka smiled softly, and slipped off the bed, standing in front of Deku and removing his hands from in front of his face, placing them around her and moving to embrace him. Deku just let it happen, placing his head on her shoulder. Uraraka lightly ran her fingers through his green messy hair, rubbing his back at the same time. "I promise, you didn't do anything wrong. I just didn't know how to answer. To be honest, I don't really know what to call us. But...I don't just wanna be friends. How about...partners? We can be partners!" Deku smiled, nodding into her shoulder.
Uraraka grinned, moving her head and kissing his cheek softly, causing Deku's face to turn a bright red once again. "And then maybe one day...we can be even more?" Uraraka whispered, loud enough for only her to hear.
