Hongjoong felt excessive warmth in his arms for a moment he stayed calm and ready to go back to sleep, that is until he realized he should not be feeling the warmth. His eyes shot open and there in his arms all curled up was Seonghwa. A blush made its way to Hongjoong's cheeks as he stared at the sleeping male. He had no idea how they had ended up like this and made no plans on bringing it up to Seonghwa.
"Morning," Hongjoong greeted Seonghwa. It seemed that they were the only two home right now.
"Morning, um where's your bathroom?" Seonghwa's voice was groggy from sleep as he stood awkwardly obviously needing to use the bathroom.
"First door to your left." Hongjoong chuckled as he watched Seonghwa waddle away.
Seonghwa stared at himself in the mirror and splashed his face with cold water. Although nothing spectacular happened last night, he couldn't help but think of how easily he slept in Hongjoong's arms.
His phone buzzed in his pocket a few times and when he looked it was Yeosang. A few messages asked if he was still available to hang out today. Seonghwa had been so caught up in Hongjoong that he must have forgot about agreeing to hang out with Yeosang. He quickly texted the other back before leaving the bathroom.
"Hey I forgot that I was supposed to meet up with Yeosang today so I'm going to head out. Thanks for everything." Seonghwa grabbed his belongings and left in a hurry before Hongjoong could even get a word out.
"He forgot the notebook...oh well i'll text him later." Hongjoong made his way to his desk and continued to fiddle with the two devices.
"What about Seonghwa's song, I don't even know what type of song he wants. I guess I can ask him about that some other time as well." Hongjoong sighed.
Hongjoong read the notes from the original book over and over. Most of the steps he had followed had been pretty successful and it seemed to be easier than he thought. He was closer to his goal but there were still things that were missing that he couldn't figure out from the faded text. Growing frustrated Hongjoong set the device on his desk and walked away. It had been hours once again and he had to work pretty soon. Reluctantly he stood from his chair and got ready for work.
"Where'd you go yesterday?" Yeosang questions sipping on his drink.
"I went to Hongjoong's place and ended up staying the night." Seonghwa took a bite of the sweet pastry. His heart seemed to pick up as he recalled the night and he wanted to hide it from Yeosang. This was the way he felt when Yeosang looked at him but now he wasn't quite so sure how Yeosang made him feel anymore.
Yeosang brushed his hand against Seonghwa's before boldly intertwining them. Seonghwa seemed to not have much of a reaction as he was deep in thought. What did it mean?
Seonghwa stopped dead in his tracks and turned to face Yeosang. He had noticed some signs Yeosang kept giving him and at first those actions made him feel some type of way, but Seonghwa wasn't sure how Yeosang really felt. Things just didn't feel right or how he thought they should feel and for a moment Seonghwa had even thought he was wrong about liking guys. But then there was Hongjoong, although they had just met it felt different from the way he felt about Yeosang.
"Seonghwa?" Yeosang held Seonghwa's gaze. There was nothing as Seonghwa stared into the other's eyes and it confused him. Maybe he just found the other attractive and mistook it for a crush. Yeosang wasn't a bad person but maybe he just wasn't the right person to date.
"It's nothing, I just think you look really cute today." Seonghwa began walking again leaving Yeosang confused.
