Hongjoong had spoken with his parents and got time off of work which he knew he'd have to make up. He'd gathered up all the supplies to work at the hotel whenever they'd turn in for the night.

"This is my brother and his girlfriend, they're coming too but we don't have to worry about them." Seonghwa set Hongjoong's suitcase in the back before getting in with him.

"Hi," Hongjoong waved to the couple.

"Oh do you want your bag in the trunk too?" Seonghwa wanted Hongjoong to be as comfortable as possible after noticing the bag in between his feet.

"Ah it's fine, really, it's just my notebooks and stuff." Hongjoong hinted to which Seonghwa nodded in reply.

"If you need anything just let us know." Hongjoong only nodded and the car fell silent in the back.

"What do I say? I've never had trouble having a conversation with him normally, right?" Seonghwa thought to himself as he looked out the window.

"Seonghwa,"

"D-do you need something?" Seonghwa panicked a bit.

"Idiot," Seonghwa just knew his brother was making fun of him in the front seat.

"About the song you asked me to write, we never talked about what kind of song you wanted. So what is some you'd be interested in performing to?"

"Hm," Seonghwa thought to himself. There were many different ways he could go about this.

"I want something that will get the crowd pumped up. Something that's intense and let's me show off strong dance moves." Seonghwa's face was lighting up as he went on and on about different ideas he thought were cool. Hongjoong jotted note after note as the other male went on as if it didn't bother him.

"A ballad would be really cool too but id prefer if it was a duet or something then," Hongjoong couldn't help but stop in the middle of his writing to just fully listen as the other talked.

"You stopped writing, am I talking to much?" Seonghwa nervously smiled. He had been watching Hongjoong write he liked how concentrated the red head looked. To Seonghwa it meant that Hongjoong was really taking in everything he had to say like it really mattered.

"Oh no, it's just, you have really good ideas. I think your performance will be really amazing."

"Thanks, I'm sure you can help me make that happen."

"I hope so." Hongjoong looked over the notes making them more neater on the next page.

"What are you listening to?" Seonghwa had also noticed how he had been twirling one of his earbuds.

"G-Dragon, do you listen to him?"

"Of course! I'd be crazy if I said I didn't,"

"Here," Hongjoong unbuckled himself and moved to sit in the center so that Seonghwa could listen to music with him.

An hour into the ride and Hongjoong was out like a light. Occasionally when there was a hard dip in the rode his eyes would open slightly before closing again. Seonghwa didn't mind at all that Hongjoong had fallen asleep on him since this wasn't the first time, but he did thank the heavens that he was in a more comfortable position this time.

Seonghwa could see the smug look on his brother's face as he glanced at the backseat and this made him blush. He stared out the window to conceal his tinted cheeks until he was sure his brother was done having his fun. As he stared down at the sleeping male he couldn't help but feel his heart flutter. It fluttered in a way that did not match the feeling Yeosang had given him for those brief months and Seonghwa was sure it was only surface attraction.

He wanted to wrap his arm around the other but wasn't sure how to go about doing so. It was weird to just put your arm around some guy you recently met, right? The tension was building up on his end and what if it was something Hongjoong didn't like?

"I'll never know until I try.."

"But what if that wakes him up and he gets weird about it?" Seonghwa went back and forth with himself on the subject.

"It's not that big of a deal I do it with San all the time," That was Seonghwa's logic. He applied the logic of a long close friendship to a newly formed friendship.

Cautiously, Seonghwa gently set his arm on the back of the seat not fully putting his arm on Hongjoong, but just barely touching his arm and letting the other's head fall further into his chest. As he leaned against the window he slowly fell asleep as well.

Hours had passed and they were closer to their destination. Seonghwa was the first to wake up this time noticing the position change. He had fully turned in his seat so that his back was against the door. The seatbelt was digging into him and he needed to move, but Hongjoong was still asleep and there was no way Seonghwa was going to wake him up. The older stirred a bit but it was difficult due to Hongjoong being more on top of him than he was before and realization hit. How long had they been like this? His face turned bright red as his brother must have seen the two of them.

Seonghwa wasn't particularly out to his brother or his family in general as he's finally come to terms with himself. He had always been close with his brother and he felt they shared a bond like no other, so he figured his brother probably figured it out before as San had as well. Seonghwa shifted so that he could take the seatbelt off and in the process he woke up Hongjoong. This was probably for the best as it seemed they were getting closer to their destination. Seonghwa had been to this theme park a few times so when he saw those familiar buildings he knew.

"Oh good the two of you are awake now, we'll be at the hotel in 15 minutes. We can stop for food if the two of you are hungry?" Seonghwa's older brother spoke up.

Hongjoong checked tried to check the time on his phone but it was dead from them falling asleep listening to music, "What's the time?" He yawned.

"8:43" Seonghwa answered stretching as much as he could with the space provided.

"We can still reach the hotel around 9:35 if we go to the drive through."

"Sounds good,"
