Fading,
My childhood is fading.
Breaking,
My heart is breaking.
Why has time left me behind?
I'm still lost in my own mind.
I'm still Fading,
Fading,
Into nothing.
(No, it's not nothing.)
Fading,
Fading into something.
(Surely, it must be something.)
Anything would be better
Than this feeling.
Anything would be better
Than pure confusion.
I know I am Fading
But I don't know where to.
I can feel myself breaking
But I don't know why
Nobody else cares.
Fading away isn't obvious,
Surely, nobody knows.
Perhaps time to them
Does not show?
Fading,
Off into life.
Fading,
Until the end of time.
Fading,
I think I will Fade
Until the day I die.
