Mile High (Part II)

After a couple of minutes, the stewardess comes back with the kits for us. She hands me a sealed bag. Inside were a blanket, a oral hygiene kit, and some lotion. I thanked her before she walked back to the cabin.

I gave the other kit to Minju who was at my left. Opened the bag to check out if there were more stuff. "That's all they give here, haha." Eunbi says, looking over from my side. "Ahh. Okay." I smiled before putting the bag in the compartment in front of me. 

Minju then opened the shade of the window revealing the blue seas along the horizon. We were above the clouds which was something I never saw before. I was drawn to the window as if it was calling me.

Minju leans into my view, snapping me out of my trance. "Let's take a pic!" She says, before rummaging through her small bag. She takes out her phone. In her phone case I could see a picture of us together. I don't remember taking a polaroid pic but I did remember taking the picture with a phone. 

She hands the phone to Eunbi who was by the isle. "Unnie, can you take a pic of us?" She asks.

Eunbi was wearing her earphones so she couldn't hear. I nudged her elbow for her to notice. She feels the nudge and her eyes widened. Taking off her earphones, she looks at us.

"Can you take a pic?" I asked.

"Oh. Okay." She says with a smile before taking the phone out of Minju's hand. She then lifts her arm out into the isle, now taking a selfie of us.

"I meant u-"

*CLICK*

"There you go." She says before handing back the phone in my hand. Before I could say something she put her earphones back into her ears. I-

"That's okay! The more the merrier, right? Haha." Minju laughs off the situation and takes her phone from my hand before stuffing it back into her bag.

Weird. Didn't expect Eunbi to be so brazen today. What's up with her?

I decided to take a nap since the flight we're barely halfway into the flight. I took out the blanket before laying it over my lap.I needed the nap to ease my tense from flying. I took out the sleeping mask I brought and wore it. 

I couldn't sleep from the first few minutes of wearing the mask. I felt the pressure on my ears as my body adjusted to the altitude. But soon I finally got the rest I needed.

Awoken from my 'short' nap. Peeked out of my sleeping mask to see all the lights dimmed in the cabin. All the window shades were shut. Did I sleep for that long? Jeez. 

Took of the mask and tucked away the blanket I slept in. Looked at the left to see Minju sleeping too. Wow I'm a horrible boyfriend. I barely spoke to her through that flight. I hope she understands.
